    something new.. i see him as the josef mengele of the decepticons.. with more of a warrior side cut into that personality as well.

    .. some of you have said "crazy scientist" .. i hope it's not that, that's just a little too hokey and cartoony for what i'm looking for. i'm looking for evil, emotionless, unforgiving scientist.

    i guess we'll find out. i just hope that he doesn't only come in the show for flashbacks, i hope he ends up being part of the main cast.. after all, the decepticons are down to four non troopers/insecticons.

    Something original for Shockwave and/or the scientist from the EXODUS novel would make a very interesting character. He wasn't mentioned all that much in the novel, but he did create Bruticus and Devastator as well as the Insecticons...oh and he had some horrible experiments with Dark Energon...so yeah, that Shockwave. :thumb

    The Marvel Comics version was by far the best incarnation of the character and should serve as the basis.

    Take the Marvel Comics Manipulative Bastard tendencies, take the Mad Scientist shtick of Animated and Armada, and movieverse's war-machine-esque design and Driller and DONE. Perfect Shockwave.
