They didn't do that for me, I was told to send it in for an exchange and the one they sent me was worse then what I sent. I should have kept what I had, I didn't bother to contact them about it... well because I doubt they would be willing to fix the problem. Shame.

Got mine this afternoon, and while the toy came out ok, the box had been crushed enough to flex the toy inside. He looked like someone started to transform him, all his panel gaps were split a little. No damage at all, but I was concerned when I opened it. His legs aren't as tight as I'd like, but that's the only complaint I can have about this guy. Great little figure, makes me wish I had sprung for Runabout... Oh well.

 

Most people got their figure today or yesterday. You already got yours, sent it back, and got a replacement???

 

I'm not a huge fan of the Wheeljack mold in general, but I will say this is about as good a Runamuck as you could get out of a remold. (especially if you re-jigger the doors/wings/rear of the car in robot mode). Kinda makes me wish I tried for Runabout when I had the chance.

 

I believe he's refering to Over-Run.

 

Then there was a misunderstanding. They put the paint on RUNAMUCK, in the place where the paint was rubbing off on RUNABOUT.

I have to say, I prefer the alternate transformation GodDog uses, it makes for great proportions in bot mode, creating a strong triangle in the upper body. Some people don't bring the doors on the back high enough, making it look a pudgy and shorter. Unfortunately for me, the alternate transformations sometimes pops the door off of my figure.

I must say this is nice redeco/slight retool. Without Runabout he'll probably be partnered with Dragstrip which is also orphaned without his fellow Stunticons. (They also have pretty similar hobbies.  )

 

Anyone else see that the biocard says this is funpubs 100th figure.

 

Only TFCC figs I own... Hope they keep it up so I sign up again next year  



When do they announce next years? Botcon?

 

Just got mine yesterday. It arrived in it's small white box in good shape. All joints are tight, and nothing appears to be missing. I like the fact that he has a big ol' 'Con symbol on this hood and a rub sticker on his chest. The symbol is a little off-center, making it look weird when his legs are split, but it looks cool in auto mode.

I actually forgot how to position the arms on Wheeljack and Tracks to get the car's back end to close and had to use Runamuk as a reference to get the other two into car modes. That's what happens when you don't convert your TFs very much, I guess.

Does anyone know if TFCC will be getting another shipment of Over-run (Runabout)? I neglected to get him earlier this year and now I really want him, and would rather not pay E-bay or Toy Arena's prices if possible.

Yea, I was talking about Runabout not Runamuck sorry about that. Got mine in yesterday.

 

Unfortunately Toy Arena or Ebay is going to be the route to go. P/CP got another limited run due to problems with the first production and a huge consumer outcry. Other than that, TFCC isn't in the business of doing other runs of their exclusives after they sell out.

Anyways, I got mine today and I love Runamuck more than Over-Run/Runabout. I like the white and gold striping on the car much more than the black and red!

 

I am less than pleased. Mine arrived today and it has no head. Also two sets of instructions/file cards.
