FYI, people at the con are saying the headband is $5.

I think it's just a cash grab on their part. I know people will disagree or argue, and come back with these being exclusives and limited numbers, retooling, etc....but still. There has to be some mark up here. It's just ridiculous. The price to go to the convention is already mind-boggling, but then you have to pay an arm and leg to get these souvenirs. The price should be included in the package price, or give a discount on the souvenirs....something.

Anyways, sorry for the rant. Just my opinion, and I know I'm in the minority.

It IS ebay but shit, these will only get worse in rape-pricing as time goes on. 800$ in under a year probably.  

 

How'd they come up with those prices? Granted the set with the voyager is shit, but it's still a voyager so why does it cost less than the two deluxes? And then the set with 3 deluxes is only $4 more. How about gimme a set with CrapMold Prime and KickOff then throw in one of the Junlions for an extra $4...deal?

 

I think Kick-Off has a new head... That is probably factored into the price. Treadshot uses the alt Hasbro head.

I doubt it, there is a niche for these and once that has been satisfied they will just sit around. That and when they first hit they go for insane amounts and then drop off after the hype drops off.

And the kicker is that they only limit one handband per person. so if you bought a box set and a loose set then you have to share headbands lol. Hopefully they lift limits on the weekend.
