mine came yesterday!!!!

it doesn't have the foam but it fits pretty tight. there is some extra flash here and there but i've been carving it off.

i also removed the face plate and replaced it with the prime one from the add on kit. it's better, but still not evil enough, for me at least.

i have a few paint apps i want to add but over all i'm pleased. i'm not a huge fan off ALL the scuffs. i'm going to try to remove what i can but i really don't want to run into the problem of removing the purple paint off the gray. so that's a problem. need some gold and more lime green. to bad the sword isn't that color. i kind of wish that the launchers where gray instead of purple too. but i can live with it. the silver could use some dry brush too to match the legs but regardless i finally have the armor i've been wanting for soooo long!

the only loose parts are those shoulder flaps on the back. but i can live with it. i'll super glue them when i get around to adding/removing paint.

btw, the face is GLUED in and even after removing it, the replacement faces from the kit will need to be trimmed to fit.

 

Do you have the same issue that I have? See the first picture...the "rivet" looks like it was not clamped all the way...i was going to try to either try clamping it down or use a hammer and pound it down.

 

no. mines clamped. just not as tight as i'd like.

 

as soon as i can get a student to go get the cam for me i'll take some pics of my hinges for you and show everyone the face. i think i'm making the yellow on the helmet either gold or just removing it. it definitely needs more lime green.

ok, here's what i'm working with. i may loose the black on the mouth plate. i made it look "scuffed" but i'm not sure.

 

I finally got mine. I tried it on my Classics Prime, no problems. Anybody know where I can find a KO SG Prime?

 

And I'm looking for a KO Krystal Konvoy. Any idea where one is still available to put the Commander armour on?

i love my krystal kommander! espicially on my all clear prime.



i like the face on my shattered glass kommander better. but i've decided i'm going to strip the paint off it and repaint it to what i had planned for the extra shadow commander a while back. i think my color design looks much meaner.

 

Does the Perfect Effect backpack fit on the SG Commander?
