    Horrible transaction. Received a TM2 Cheetor without any protection in the package, and it arrived with a dented bubble and broken chrome. Returned the item for a refund as agreed upon, but since the item's successful delivery, I've not heard from him.

    I'm inclined to believe that something has happened which is beyond his control. Does anyone know what is going on?

    Deadbeat seller, scammer, etc. Back in March He agreed to sell me a Botcon Ramjet, accepted my payment through Paypal and never sent my item. I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt, because real life does get in the way sometimes, but he ignored any and all attempts by me to contact him and never made any reply to my PM's. In the end I wound up having to file a claim with Paypal, but he had already cleaned out his account so they couldn't refund my money. I wound up out of money and with no item.

    I have recently seen him active on the boards again posting items for sale and he has never bothered getting in touch with me or even PMed me a reason for taking my money and never sending my item. If he disputes this, I have our PM's and my Paypal case statement as proof.

    Ive never dealt with you that Im aware about, oh yeah I remember you now I sent you another after you claimed it was lost I guess you didn't recieve the second on either.

    I never claimed it was lost; you simply never sent it AND never refunded my money. You also never got back to me about the first one you claim to have sent, and you certainly never contacted me about sending a second one.
