As of about 4PM today: Golden Ring TRU: Cyberverse Commanders around, Deluxe Bees, Deluxe Cliffjumpers, couple of Deluxe Wheeljacks. Cyberverse Commanders were Cliffjumper, and Bumblebees all over.

So much Bumblebee.

 

The yellow death is everywhere. I saw 4 megatrons at the Ellicott City Target today. Found and snagged Arcee and Ratchet at the Frederick Target a day or two ago.

 

I was in there yesterday and saw tons of Bee Cliff and Wheeljack and wondered if that was part of the new wave. That gives me hope. Have you broke 'em open yet? How do you like them?

 

The Towson TRU and Target had a few Prime Voyager Megatrons, one Soundwave and one Ratchet (that I picked up). The TRU also had cyberverse Bulkhead and Botshot launchers. The Walmart in the same shopping center had both sets of Botshot three packs.

 

They're not bad. My daughter has been holding onto Arcee since we opened it up the other day. Between the FE version and this one I can't really say which one I prefer.
Ratchet as a figure is fine. HATE HATE HATE the knives...why they can't be firm like Wheeljack's I just don't know. The feet are pretty clever.

 

The knives are soft so the edges don't have to be super rounded like Wheeljack's.

 

Gah, now I almost regret passing on him at the Aberdeen Target last Friday. The Cyberverse Commanders look good, although I'm rather irked that's the only version of Optimus given a pair of guns.

I did finally find a Soundwave on my own.

 

I ended up giving Soundwave to my nephew...probably broken by now, but he lit up like a christmas tree so that was cool.
I've been seeing Voyager Megatron almost everywhere I go so it seems that he is no longer rare (smell a case revision at work here). Was pleasantly surprised by the Cyberverse Commanders after telling another member that I wasn't interested...otherwise I see a lot of yellow in the Howard County area.
Oldest daughter has outright swiped Ratchet and Arcee from me...  

 

Megatron has definitely popped more and more in my travels. And I see as much red as yellow in deluxe figures. However, at the aforementioned Target, they had actually sold out of their Bee's before they restocked the pegs.

 

Hagerstown WM put out a few cases recently... this morning they had at least 3 each of Ratchet, Arcee and Soundwave.

 

Saw one Arcee at Ellicott Coty Target today.

 

Finally! Waldorf Toys R Us had Soundwave and Ratchet. Took them both home with me.

Waldorf Target had a Soundwave, as did Brandywine Target, along with an Arcee and Ratchet.

 

Stopped by Laurel Target last night on my way home and in addition to the base Prime RID stock, they had one Ratchet.

 

Hey guys, know I haven't stopped by here in a while, but I've taken a serious break from collecting to focus on my family.

The reason I'm posting is because I have a storage unit in Frederick that was robbed and the thieves took probably 250 Transformers. Many Beast Wars, RID, Armada, Energon, Animated, Cybertron, Movie, etc. I also had some re-issues, japanese stuff, and a few G1 toys as well. Most of it was from the last 10 years or so, but as I prepare my insurance claim, I'll post a more accurate list of what I lost.

Also taken were a few dozen GI Joes, a lot of boxed halo figures, and there were probably some DC Universe toys too. And a very beautiful blue Les Paul guitar.

I was insured for $2000, so I'll likely get that entire $2000 once I turn in a report of (almost) everything taken.

just that C-78C Hot Rodimus and my guitar are worth $1000.

The problem I have with the storage unit and why I'll be pursuing more compensation is that the security camera apparently doesn't work at night, so if the guy broke in at night, they have no leads! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOESN"T HAVE SECURITY AT NIGHT?

I wouldn't disuade you from getting a storage unit, just check them out and ask questions and appraise your collection and make sure you're insured for the proper amount. I had less than $2G in that unit when I got it, but as I put more stuff in...

You generally have to get renters insurance (sounds like Shipley has that).

Shipley, sorry to hear about that. I had a storage unit about 2 years ago in Frederick off of Alt 40 right by the 70 interchange, when we were selling my wife's house at the time, and never had any problems with it

On the hunt front, the TRU in Frederick had a restock of a lot of TF stuff, snagged an Arcee finally, as well as Wv 2 of the Bot Shots - Mirage, Brawl, Ratchet, and Super Bumblebee
