    ...was the shit!

Single best issue of the Civil War so far.

Luke Cage was awesome! Bendis was on incredible form. Incredible. Again, Civil War is the single best crossover event ever. It has now knocked Secret Wars into a cocked hat.

    I can't disagree with that.

Luke Cage kicked some serious ass.

This title is such a great read. I am slowly becoming a marvel zombie again.

Yeah, I've -never- bought all the tie-ins to a crossover before. O_O This is doing well for me.

My one problem is that the big question of this issue was already spoilered if you kept up with all the other Civil War stuff. :(  This story shoulda come out a week or two ago, but eh. Cage is badass.

Yeah that's with kinda a few of the CW comics, but no biggy.

And yes, NA #22 was teh shitz. Too bad the artist in #21 wasn't as good, otherwise I would have bought it rather than put it back on the shelf.

Well then, I'm going to have to pick this one up this weekend when I go out. I got a few books that I need to pick up.

I'd say that, so far, it's the non-"Invincible/Walking Dead" book of the year.

Since Dardevil was delayed at my LCS (At least oen a bloody week! This week it was Daredevil and Black Panther!) this book was the highlight of the week, single-issue-ly speaking. The act that I also found Ult. Spiderman V2-5 TPBs was the highlight over my comics overall.

Great read, terrible art. But I can live with terrible art if the stories are this good.

Seriously, Civil War is the best crossover to date. Everything is just falling into place so nicely and it's a fun AND interesting read all around. Something that encompaces an entire company with this much positive response hasn't been done in years.

Gotta agree with you man. Its been a long time since I've had this much interest in the entire Marvel universe and how something effects everyone. I think Civil War was exactly what Marvel needed.

Holy the crap I just read it and hot damn that was a good comic. I really liked the art; the heavy shadowing really went well with the tone of the story.

In the past (80s-90s when I was deep into comics) I never thought twice about Luke Cage/ Power Man but New Avengers has completely sold me on the guy. They have done an excellent job revamping the character.

*edit* something I just thought of, it would be good if they had some stories that made the Iron Man side a little more interesting. The Cap side has the cool on the run outlaw angle going for it, Iron Man has just been stuck in the “do as you are told” stuffy guy role.

Not the best comic of the week (that reward goes to Daredevil #87), but definitely an interesting read, despite knowing the outcome well in advance.

Next issue features (I believe) the Sentry, and his decision to go on one side or the other...or, as I predict, neither, because doing will throw one side far too off balance.

I seem to remember seeing Sentry shown with Iron Man some where. But I forget now. If I have time I’ll look in some of the books and see.

I hope to hell they keep Luke on the Mighty Avengers when that comes due at the end of Civil War. It's been great seeing him in a good comic.

I didn’t read that one, so I must have gotten some memories mixed up. Maybe I was thinking of something from early on before the sides started getting formed.

The Sentry was pictured on Iron Man`s side on the cover to Front Line 1, but IIRC that cover also featured Goliath on Iron Man`s side.

    Also, (SPOILERS for upcoming months):

    -

    -

He`s going to fight Wolverine on the Hellicarrier during the finale to Vendetta.
