I already have the regular version, but that Plamoya has the clear version on sale FOR 106.00$!!!! Had to go for it at that price. Can't wait to put that one together as well!

At that price, not surprising..but it for 100$ resell for around 300$...not a bad deal.

 

I thought there was some rumor that the regular DMK was gonna be re-released at some point? Why wouldn't they? It sold out so fast! At least online.....

The plamoya sale is back in stock--at 106$ you can't pass that one up..shipping to US total came in at 149.00$ for it..

 

I wonder if they are ever going to re-release the original version. It was so popular, I don't understand why they haven't. I still have a brand new one in the box, but I'd like to have a backup as well.

yeah, I already got mine--they ship QUICK..Now I have both Japanese blurays or ROTF and DOTM..what the hell am I supposed to do with those? lol

 

Watch em? America and Japan are in the same region code for blurays, even though the DVD code is different.

These are back up for pre-order at a few places, with a considerable price increase. I was considering liquidating my HA Barricade to help cover some of the cost, but before I did I wanted some of you guys opinion. Sell Barricade get DMK01 or not. I cant drop $180 bucks without selling a few TF's first. I would love to get this kit but at the same time I have a soft spot for Barricade, it was the first TF I got that turned out to be worth something and the price keeps going up. Opinion?

 

This kit really isn't worth it at that price.

It looks good, but there are so many little problems with it.

 

I wouldn't sell Barricade. I don't have him and I want him badly, since I've heard he's great and he was rare when he was released.

 

It is not worth $180 guys. It is a cool kit but not that cool.

They do indeed, got mine within 5 days. For those wondering, the Blu-ray has both japanese and english audio and subtitles, so you only have to navigate the Japanese menu (not hard to figure out) to enjoy the movie. The set includes a DVD as well, but that was region-locked in my case.
The clear version of this kit looks great. Mold-wise it's exactly the same as the regular version even up to the slight error on the headcrest.
As some have already mentioned in the thread, it's not quite up to the quality of some of the Gundam kits, but an excellent detailed representation of OP nevertheless.
At the discounted import price of ~90 USD for the clear version + blu-ray, well worth it. At regular price, probably only for those already interested.
