Hey guys. Guess what. Huge shock, this isn't Animated! Plus these are 2 different styles of music so to compare them on that level is a little bit bonkers. Though as much as I love Transformers Evo (listen to it every day on my ipod) I dig this! Though I really enjoy jrock and jpop music, half of my ipod is Japanese music.) Though this song really reminds me of Heroes come back, and if you watched Naruto Shippuden, that is the first opening.
But. I dig this.

They might as well have used Safety Dance or something if this is what they had in mind. Because this is god awful.

 

I'm not gonna outright slam the song because honestly, it's not bad.

That said, yeah...just doesn't fit the tone of the show. If anything Transformers Evo and Feeling should have been swapped around since the former fits Prime much more then it did Animated (Awesome opening animation aside) and vice versa.

I'd be surprised if we get a custom animated opening to go along with this, too. And if we did how they'd make it fit the tone of Feeling.

 

Yeah, not feeling this one. Both in terms of an opening theme song for Prime and as a song in general.

Sounds plain wrong to me - but if it has the effect of getting a bigger Asian audience than it already has, I guess that will be a positive.

This doesn't fit the tone of Prime. I can't see it fitting any incarnation of Transformers, past, present or future.

Might as well use a Justin Bieber song for the US show.

 

Okay, seriously. Ignoring the song on its own merits, what in the name of Zeus was the logic behind picking this song for Transformers? Was the executive who picked it drunk? High? Both? Did they not know what show they were picking a song for? Did they just have a bunch of song names in one hat and show names in the other and this combination was the result? I know I shouldn't put this much thought into it, but this just makes my brain hurt trying to understand it.

This is not a Jpop band it's a kpop band.. which is why i was worried because Imo besides Girls generation.... They pretty much suck... Like this song....Sucks.

Honestly I like the song, yes it does not fit Transformers Prime or Transformers in general but it's a fun song. Yeah I would have perfered a openign on part to Evo and Ignition but the song not horrible just illfiting.

 

While I still prefer Transformers EVO, I like this song too - pretty funky!   Then again, I've recently developed a liking to Kpop to go with my interest in Jpop!  

 

To people saying that this song doesn't match the show; did the Transformers: Animated dub's song match the show, or was it too awesome for people to care?

 

Well, yeah, I'm aware of that; all I had to do to know they're Korean was look them up on Wikipedia. I commented solely on how well it fit the show...which it did not. Emphatically so.
