Okay so since you looked I better show you this WIP Sharkticon Gnaw. Parts used G1 Gnaw Hail Storm Missile pods and neck piece CHUG Grimlock arms Energon Grimlock Legs CHUG Kup waist and upper legs also some random ko gijoe rocket pack for some engines for under water. nice i did the same thing with grimlock dino legs on my gnaw... love what you did with that tail too... also, theres a bit of reworking where you can get the screw holes to be the back of the legs... looks much cleaner that way... i dont remember what i did to change it though... lol i think you just gotta swap the area that changes to his feet and swap left and right thighs i think... good luck looks promising.
Thanks guys. @hater I tried that, the only problem is the thumbs show up on the wrong side of the bot, how ever I to noticed the problem of not being able to fix this up so hatch did was liquid green stuff the holes up and so that way I can just paint right over them. The head as 2 point of articulation when using hailstorms neck piece, saying that the gnaw head does also have hailstorms head inside his own lol. This was the only way to get around that problem and to give gnaw 360 rotation of the head and to gir him articulation in tilting his head backwards to hide his head in sharkticon mode, this was inspired by another sharkticon kitbash I saw here. I was originally going to use the animated grimlock legs for him how ever when I asked the creator of that not for the knowledge of his to do that mod he disbt reply back to me sadly so I went with the energon legs instead as I bought that not at a swap meet. The bots legs need more weight which I am sure some green stuff can fix up that problem as well. The missile pods and engine parts you may be curious about, well I wan to build 3 of them a little sharkticon army, each one with a special type of weapon attachment to them. But the engine parts are me wanting more detail, I never liked it how they swam because they could, they are made of metal they would sink, do I added the engines and only have to find some fans to put behind it for that perfect detail for it, no plans on making propelled spin just their for detail.
I will be making 2 more to go with them, one will be a melee combat sharkticon and the other a heavy gunner, these will be the same base body may change certain aspects of them but the basics will be they will all be sharkticons same basic design. Each one will have some different tribal markings on them plus a eye patch on the leader, have yet to decide which will be the leader.
the robot mode arms swivel by the bicep so you could also swap those as well... just sayin... good luck with this though... i always loved me some sharkticon...
Nice looks like another one I noticed up here before on the forum,I wish I had done that but heck this way mine is different at least lol. I will be doing my teeth white and more then likely darkening some of the pink to some sort of purple color, not quite sure yet what shade of purple yet, but I do want to get rid of the pink on him and add proper tusks to him!
Thanks, I'm not going to add LEDs to it but I will make him look more tv show with exostructure details as well as making him look more savage like the old transformer book "the wild boy of quintessa" I think it was called. After he is done I will be tryin to find someone that can design me up a box for him to keep him in.
A continued progress of this bot, Here is some new images, have modified the animated swoop weapon, and added horns to the mouth to replace the small blue ones as well as adding additional weight to the front of the chest to balance out the weight problem so he would stop falling over backwards. I added about a whole packet of green stuff to do this. Now I have contemplated removing the hands on the bot that are attached to grimlocks hands and up dating them with new hands maybe gundam hands so his fingers can move about. I am reconsidering the legs to make them more thicker or using some ones elses so that it looks better and in proportion, what do you guys think? Here are the pictures. The first picture is a size comparision of how big he is right now compared to my bludgeon kitbash I did a while back if some of you remember it. The others are what he looks like on in both modes, one from being front on and the other on the side and one being in robot mode. Haven't figured out where the gun will go in robot mode but I will figure that out soon.
