there have been multiple threads here about what characters you want to see in TFP, but how would you bring them in or introduce them into the cast

my top pick is slipstream. i would bring her in as starscream's sister who comes to earth after hearing of her bro's disappearance. she would be with megatron for a while then join here rogue brother.

i also like the idea of her maybe having a crush on either bumblebee or soundwave because of their silent natures.

 

I'd like to see Slipstream, not sure how I'd bring her in tho.

I'd bring in Ironhide and Jazz at the same time. There would be a big fight, guns blasting and explosions everywhere. Just as one of the bots gets shot, like Arcee or Bee, the Con gets blasted away, and out of all the smoke and fire enters Ironhide and right behind him comes Jazz. I know its not very detailed, but that's the jist of it...  

 

No! As much as I love Slipstream she doesn't need to be a love intrest for a Mobile and a weeping angel.

Have her be like I don't the second in command of the Energon Seekers, Have her find Starscream and inform him that Skywarp and Thundercracker have died or something just so that while she is a seeker but not that a straight Starscream clone.

 

Well, I'd bring in Roadbuster with Wheeljack when he returns. Roadbuster could be a Toyota Hilux with some beefy road armor.

I'd bring in Jazz, but after Team Prime realizes that they need him to bring Orion back.

 

I'd have Bumblebee maimed/randomly needing to be rebuilt into a brand-spanking new Goldbug design, with the optional name-change and A VOICE; to finally shift the (hopefully now defunct) movie-influenced design.

Ironhide would be a welcome addition too (which is likely, since he's got a unique design & 2 figures due already). He could be a security chief found in stasis on an Autobot ship, after escorting one of the "weapons of mass destruction" mentioned in 'Orion Pax - Part 1' to Earth for safe-keeping.

- I'd say this nods to both his rolls as security chief in G1, & weapons expert in the movies...

I like you and your thoughts a lot. I'd love to see Bumblebee given a complete makeover, because at the moment, I just dislike him at the moment. Goldbug would be awesome, but what style of car would they use for him?

 

Wheeljack returns with Hound, a fellow Wrecker

 

I believe I've said this before, but I'd like to see the Autobots locate and crack open a stasis pod, Beast Wars style.

I could see Goldbug being a muscle car, if Bumblebee was a smaller vehicle like his Animated counterpart. With 'Bee as the muscle car, maybe an alt-mode similar to Hot Rods for Goldbug.

 

I'd bring in Hot Shot as a bot who used to be a rookie under Prime that now takes place in illegal races or Jetfire as an old bot that accidentally space bridged into Australia years ago now living in a museum.

 

Possibly, but I think that would transform him from the 'kid' of the group, so to speak, in to a BAMF, and I don't he's that sort of robot. Idk how to explain it, but him becoming a supercar just wouldn't feel right in my humble opinion.

As for new characters that should be introduced, I'd love to see Perceptor. A proper scientist to show Ratchet a thing or two :>!

 

Oh yeah bring in Hot Shot too

 

Energon Guardian being rediscovered like Skyquake or Wheeljack comes back with some new recruits.

 

Okay! So picture this in your mind k? Autobots outnumbered 5 to 500 right? ''Arcee is like we need reinforcements!'' Out of nowhere you hear ''Did someone say? *shotgun reload* REINFORCEMENTS?'' It's Ironhide with a Duke Nukem voice. He jumps infront of all the vehicons and says ''come at my motherfucker!'' Then TNT by AC DC plays as he kicks their asses and after he finishes the fight.... he takes off his robotic sunglasses

 

I can dig it.

 

I'd like Slipstream.

I can see her sneaking in through the Space Bridge as Jack and Arcee return, and scanning a bomber. She finds the Nemesis, kills Airachnid, and joins the cast. Megatron later assigns her to try and find Starscream. She does and they fight, but she captures him and brings him back.

I think about too much about things.

 

I would introduce the Dinobots like this.
One of the things that was sent to Earth were a group of protoforms. They landed millions of years ago and scanned dinosaur forms before going into stasis. They were revived millions of years later by a primitive tribe where they were worshiped as gods, especially Grimlock since he resembles their dragon god.
Thousands of years after that, the Decepticons follow the coordiants to Latin America where they find the Dinobots.
Due to being worshiped, the Dinobots have big egos but never received an education so they are dull.

 

Personally, I think him becoming a bit of a badass is part of the change from Bumblebee to Goldbug. 'Bee's the young scout, while 'Bug is the slightly older, more experienced fighter. But that's just my thoughts on it.

 

Since the two characters I'd like more to be would be Jetfire [ROTF-INSPIRED] and Crankcase [DOTM-inspired, with lots of Predator homages].

For Jetfire:

- After the recent events of Unicron, 'Bots and 'Cons manage to catch a signal from the ancient, thought-to-be-dead Seeker Jetfire, he is basically a living recorder of all Cybertronian history and an accomplished scientist, thus, would give the edge to either in the War.

So they go find him in a run against each other for the edge in the War.

Jetfire is beneath Earth, completely ancient, turns out he was trapped beneath Earth since the dawn of mankind, but when Unicron awoke, he was freed.

They track him down, Jetfire is found, but he is utterly uninterested in this War bullshit and he doesn't give a damn about the kids, he wants to retire and live away of the War, making things difficult.

TFP-Ratch and Jetfire have a conversation about The War and how it affected everything, and ultimately why they should fight, Jetfire would be left alone to his thoughts by Ratchet.

Another battle would ensue [without Jetfire's presence], mid-way through comes Jetfire, guns blazing [screaming like a lunatic, of course], then uttering "All along my life, I never did one single thing worth doing until now, Optimus, accept my apologies." and so he would lay the smackdown on the 'Cons asses, before permantently switching to the 'Bots.

DOTM-CRANKCASE.

- In one normal day of work for the Vehicons, something unexpectedly crosses over the Space Bridge they built. He would be barely seen by the audience as he kills the Vehicons, slasher movie villain style [through the shadows].

Then, he attacks a Decepticon Energon Mine, again like goddamn Jason Vorhees.

Cut to Autobots noticing a explosion revelaed the location of one Energon Mine, and so they go investigate.

Upon arriving, a giant rehash of Predator ensues [I'm joking of course], they find themselves in the barely lit Energon mine, as they are attacked, one by one, by a shadowy figure with a penchant for Hannibal Lectures.

After a while, they discover what he is [i.e a psychopath who can turn invisible and kills people for the heck of it], Optimus sets traps for him, and after listening to Crankcase's Hannibal Lecture, he traps him underneath a pile of rocks.

Day saved, everything good, they go home.

Cue Megatron arriving at the place, freeing Crankcase from the buried rocks, Crankcase finds the idea of working for the 'Cons amusing, and joins them.

 

Prowl:

Bumblebee and Bulkhead are racing each other, they speed past a police cruiser whch begins to pursue them. Over a loudspeaker, they are told to pull over. Instead they both stop right on the road, shocked because they recognize the voice. They transform and ask if it's Prowl. In response, Prowl transforms and stands. Then a smile forms on his face.

Shockwave:

Due to Knockouts' incompetence, Megatron summons Shockwave to become the new head scientist of his ship. As soon he is on board, He quickly antagonizes Knockout by calling him "An Ironclad Imbecile".

Amalgamous Prime: As mentioned before by Hasbro, he is basically the trickster of the Primes. He arrives on Earth, alive and ready to start some chao, infiltrates the autobot base disguised as a new autobot named Dealer,
Comical Mischief ensues when he impersonates all the bots and starts friction within the team, until he is exposed during a battle with the cons. He then goes into hiding using the name Doubledealer, waiting for a chance to cause chaos for both the Cons and Bots' alike.
