    Wow Pete yet another Dumb F*** response. Yet again you miss the entire point of what is going on and what the problem is. I am happy to say that I was the FIRST person to sign that petition. I hope the club goes down hard Pete.

    Just had a call from my CC issuer about random payments they had declined for being a fraud risk. My last 2 payments were to FunPub and Paypal. Not worried, glad my bank acted so fast to cancel the card.

    I hope that moving forward, Fun Pub enable 3d Secure (Verified By Visa/Mastercard SecureCode) and ensure they obtain PCI certification.

    Thanks for the support guys. It's been refreshing to know I haven't been "alone" on this the whole time, wish I had stopped lurking sooner. Hah! I have nothing to hide or lose at this point. Happy to share the emails I've had back and forth from FunPub if this final 'last push' to get my figure sent to me doesn't occur...

    When a staff member leaves in my line of work, they generally provide a full debrief and handover of all outstanding jobs and contacts. Furthermore, one generally provides 'call-and-assist' for a few more months after leaving to help with any loose ends. Given I was a pretty obvious loose end, still sending emails (eventually giving up until 2 months ago on their facebook group) baffles me that this is news to Pete. Not a great handover. Not a great deal of professionalism.

    Oh and, they blamed me the entire time for the missing figure. In writing. Truth.

    [Still waiting on that proof it was posted at all...]

    ...The complete lack of common-sense and honesty is baffling. Send the figure/s, FunPub.

    Problem solved. It's that simple! You'll never hear from me again.

    OK, I was hit today too.

    two $1 test charges through google credit card and then $200 from walmart in Arkansas, I am in Seattle.

    Cancelled my card right away

    Same here. Got a call from my bank. They locked it after seeing some abnormal buys. Called to confirm and they cancelled my card.

    I am a new member here and the fanclub. I haven't been in the fanclub long enough to experience previous "screw-ups." I have to say though that a FunPub response here without regard to and ignorance of the real issue is rather disappointing and baffling. Just to ignore the complete issue and come on here to make comment on a smaller issue is frankly.. stupid.

    This Botcon is my last. I am not giving Fun Pub a dime ever again!

    I've only been an international "fanclub" member for a year. Haven't received my free figure from 11 months ago, occasionally get the odd magazine if I'm lucky and get tepid one-line emails from FunPub, when they feel like it, still seeking a solution to a year-old problem and oft ponder the whereabouts of my Over-Run... They have my money, I literally have nothing to show for it.

    Nothing.

    Won't ever resign. Won't ever spend a dollar more on this waste of a club. Worst decision I made regarding Transformers, after wanting to support our 'community'...

    Was just looking at my credit card info online today and noticed that when I ordered Drift and Over-run that they listed the type of expense on my report as "Legal and Professional".


    I ROFLMAO'd.

    In all seriousness though, I made the decision to be done with them. In order of Priorities, my financial security and well being mean a helluva a lot more to me than some over priced deluxes. They really hit it out of the ballpark with the figures this year, and they could even pull damn Fort Max out their asses next year....it still ain't gonna make a bit of difference.

    I'm done.

    4 charges:

    - 2 x $1 Google charges
    - $202.81 on Dell, TX
    - $222.55 on Best Buy, Richfield, MN.

    Now to figure out how to cancel that card, which is issued in the U.S. :(

    I went ahead and called Bank of America today and put a block on my card and will get a new one next week and tomorrow I'm going to stop by the one close to me and get a temp card so I can have access to my money. The women I talked to was amazing and made sure to note everything and BoA has started to charge 5 dollars for temp cards but she made a note to waive that fee due to what happened with Funpub.

    I hadn't been hit yet but as people said, why wait for it to happen and I needed a new card anyway since a corner of it was bent and it didn't want to work sometimes.

    So, I'm looking forward to updating everything that card was linked to. Thankfully I don't have anything automatic. It's just going to suck going through amazon and all that and remembering to change the card number.

    I'll say this... with all the bs going with bank of america they were much better to deal with then funpub has been on this issue.
