Yup, those were still there as of 2PM today. I actually found one of the Primes in a different aisle closer to the garden section, but I put him back with the other Transformers.

Unrelated, but for anybody interested, they have 3 or 4 of the Thundercats Armor of Omens for $23.97 instead of the usual $30 or so. That was the shelf price, not on sale.

 

Have we heard an exact release date for Generations Wave 1?

 

I don't think an exact date's been given. They just said 2012, but I expect they'll start showing stuff at Botcon in a couple of months. From there, they'll probably list it as a Fall release, some of which may start making it to stores in the mid to late Summer. That's just speculation based on what we typically see.

I don't think they'll dump the supposed 40 Generations toys on the shelves all before 2012 is over, especially with the focus being on RID, so the 2012 date is probably just a general time for when things will get started.

 

Aren't the FOC Generations (Bruticus, Shockwave, Jazz, and Optimus) due out in 2012 and different from the 40 in 2013? Will they wait over half the year to release the 2012 figures?

You're right. I completely forgot about the FoC toys. The 40 Generations are for next year. That said, the game is scheduled for this Fall, so we may see Optimus, Jazz, and Shockwave as a sort of preview wave sometime in the summer. Didn't they do that last time with WFC Optimus and Bumblebee hitting stores in June followed by Megatron and Soundwave mixed in with later waves?

K-Mart Kissimmee has all the Prime deluxes, saw 3 of each inc Soundwave.
Toys R Us outlet in the outlet mall near Kissimmee/i4 has Prime voyager primes, loads of them, no Megatrons. Also has the legends class Prime figures

Does anybody know a store in FL that stocks the Blu Ray trilogy box set, the silver triangle one?

I think thats only at stores that specialize in electronics and movies like Best Buy.   

 

Supposedly, only Amazon and Walmart were to have the 5000 copies of the Limited Edition Collectors Trilogy. I pre-ordered mine from Amazon a long time ago. Got it the day of release. I paid eighty-five for it. You can get it from Amazon and Walmart right now. It's worth at least a hundred bucks. Fun set. I wouldn't pay more for it though.
