Like the title says, is there any 3rd parties working on new BW molds or better versions of our favorite characters? I would like to start one but I got to get good at recasting and designing....but has anyone done this idea yet or been thinking about it?

 

Fanstoys is working on an MP Soundwave and his minions. They also have Blaster in the works and Shockwave is on the short list.

I think it is PE making Cybertronian versions of Beastwars Neo Leo Convoy and Big Convoy.

 

Well i meant is anyone making new molds of any of the Beast Wars characters.....or even MP's of a few beast wars characters?

I want and I'll buy -- especially if its Fansproject. I have enough "classic" G1 characters -- bring on a perfect Dinobot or original Rattrap molds!

Not at the moment apart from Leo Convoy and Big Convoy. Though they REALLYshould seeing how the Beast Wars fans deserve the best for the Beast era characters like the G1 fanbase! 

 

Agreed we do!! But wha is this talk about a big convoy? Is it a new mold or is it still going to be a mammoth?

 

his mode in the comics was some sort of spider tank/turret thing... I remember seeing a post somewhere wit ha pic but can't remember where.

Agreed! Heck a masterpiece Megatron/optimus primal would be awesome or a REAL awesome DINOBOT or Inferno figure would kick @$$

 

Let's not also forget the possiblty of a Third Party Blackarachnia figure that's based on her Pre-Transmetal 2 appearence!

Also a Third party Airazor figure that's more close to her CGI mdel wouldn't hurt too!

a legends scale rattrap would do a hell of a lot for me. Hell any new rattrap would do a lot for me.


Even if they gave him a zoids-ish looking rat mode like they're doing for convoy. Ooh come to think of it, a legends Rattrap using the Zoids aesthetic and had 3 modes (robot, rat, and maybe a targetmaster mode?) would be really neat.

 

Id love a new inferno toy.....with better ant proportions .....ohhhh the dreams

 

I would pay a lot of money for a Masterpiece Beast Wars figure. I couldn't imagine how awesome an Optimus Primal with real fur and even more screen accuracy would look like ...

I'd buy any Masterpiece Beast Wars figure really. I'd obviously prefer others first, but a Cheetor, Tarantulas, Dinobot, Megatron ... whatever. GIMME BEASTIES!
