That's what I called them on MSN when talking to peeps... But since some of them were female, I decided to call it TTN instead... Since I'm so PC and all...

Anyhow, I'm still getting Prime, Jetfire and Thundercracker, even though it will be for display purposes only. That and just in case they don't make better plastic ones in any future TF line.

even knowing their flaws (pls fix those unlocking retracting fist) i'm picking these sumbitches up.

 

Wtf is up with thundercracker's silver head? Everything else looks fine, but that silver dome is fugly compared to the black head on the box shot.

 

I used to look forward to this line with great anticipation but after looking at the pics that were posted, I have my doubts now...  

 

so tell, they are toys but they works as statues too right?

 

Meh, not that impressed.

 

I'll have to look at this in person before I can say if I like the silver head or not. Perhaps this will be repainted as Starscream and they want Thundercracker to have a different head color.

 

Still like 'em. I hope the silver head on 'Cracker is because the figure itself is a testshot and the final one will have at least a black helmet.

Still getting both though.

Jetfire is the only Titanium I'm definitely picking up. Glad to see him packed nicely

There you have it (if the hot link works). Thundercracker's helmet is a darker shade of gray than his face, but not nearly black.

Both of these look awesome with the final paint apps.

No matter what anyone says I like this line. Sure it's not "as good" as the mainline, but I think some people expect to much to what amounts to a childs toy being turned into a display piece. Six inches and at least half diecast... they don't seem to be anyworse than any of the G1 diecast figures that everyone clamours over so I don't personally see the problem.

EDIT: Just read the bios on that site... had to squint really hard and while the Thundercracker one is kind of lackluster... Jetfire's is f-ing awesome! I like how they've really played up his former friendship (it describes them as being as close as brothers) and his fealing of betrayal. Definently cool!

 

Can't wait to get them both, but I wished that Thundercracker's head was painted black

 

Grey head and yellow shoulders? Hm...ah! Thundercracker is still a good figure.

Yikes. Remind me to never make jokes on here ever again.  

 

Thundercrackers medium grey really needed to be black   and his head sculpt is a bit off, otherwise i'm diggin' 'em and they look a lot better in the close ups to me.

BTW ~ if you open the images of the bios in a new tab or new window they're a lot bigger...
