Hey! I've been wanting to get into the comics for awhile but I kept putting it off due to the fact I had no idea where to start and no money to spare at the time.

So I bought myself the complete All Hail Megatron collection and I feel like I've missed something. I love Sunstreaker and I want to know what happened to him, I'm only half way through but if someone could help me figure out the comics chronologically I would really appreciate it. I've tried googling it and such but I just keep getting confused.

I didn't see that forum - however it is 3am over here and I haven't slept in two days so my apologies for missing it.

 

Don't feel bad -- everyone misses it, thanks to it being shunted off all the way to the bottom of the forum. I often forget it's even there.

 

I assumed it would be up with the Movie/Prime/Video Game etc Discussion boards. I'm glued to my All Hail Megatron Collection and only tore myself away to find out which others I need to buy XD

 

I was in the same situation a month or so ago lol.

Just do what I did and buy the IDW collection hardcover copies. Volume 1-5 & preordered volume 6.

 

I have literally just found these and I'm already kicking myself for not waiting. The #5 has The Complete All Hail Megatron and Coda (not sure what Coda is) and is cheaper than my copy of All Hail Megatron XD

In the future I'm going to come here and ask before I go out and buy, as a newbie to comics and collecting and stuff I really should not trust myself.

I was about to ask if the IDW collections where a good deal XD

 

Yeeks, I'd love to buy these but they're so expensive no Amazon =( Had most of the beginnings through revelations in TPB, but would be nice to have on a shelf. Arg, my comic addictions

 

I'd like to see the early IDW TF comics -- the "-ation" minis -- reprinted in black and white, to see if they look any better that way. I have still never read them although I've always wanted to.

 

Yeah.... I was JUST about to sink a lot of money buying all the past ones issue by issue til I found out about the collection volumes... They just so happened to re-release volume 1 & 2 when I was purchasing them too... And they weren't a good deal.. they were an excellent deal lol

 

I just had Volume 1 and 2 delivered today, I am so excited <3 though I have to wait until after my birthday for the other onesXD
