I was just in 3 Tescos here in Waterford too checking the Voyager prices out, out of 3, 2 shops had them marked as reduced. The other not at all, very odd. Shame the one that didn't mark down had the ones I wanted. While the mechtech were marked down, their exclusive Ratchet and Starscream were still full whack. I'm beginning to assume that there is no uniform pricing among their various outlets? Going on what Ironjazz is saying though, it's all very confusing. I'm driving to Dublin in the morning and will hit Tesco in Naas to see what they have going on, maybe I'll strike gold.
maybe they are 8.99 now I went in on wednsday so maybe now they are reduced I will check tomorrow to see can I get lucky (not that kind you sickos)
at my local tesco the voyagers are up to 27.00 and they say that legion class figures are 2.99 but I scanned them and they are still 6.00 and they also say deluxes are 7.50 but once again are full price that is both bullshite and false advertisement so I think I will go to argos next time
Naas have them marked at 8.99 but scanning at 26.99. i pointed it out to staff and got Fireburst Prime for 8.99. Staff said theyd get it changed but a few days later were still scanning at 26.99. Just point out the price says 8.99 and they have to give to you at that price then
tesco carlow has dotm voyagers scanning at 8.99. a staff memeber happened to be passing and i asked him a bout the price and he said its correct. they seem to have restocked shockwave too. the deluxes are marked back at 14.99 but i'm not sure if it means the exclusives or not because didnt say mv3 like all the dotm stuff and because they're weren't any of them only dotm deluxes. on a side note they are stocking the star wars crossovers for 9.99. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE
you're a lucky man. i think i'll just wait til they show up in the shops. i'm really looking forward to bulkhead and cliffjumper though. this morning when i was the shop i missed a package and i have to wait til 3.30 to collect it, it can only be my battle tanker. just my luck.
the only takara that i might consider getting is bulkhead. i have a feeling that when ratchet is shown i might have to get the takara one for definite. battle tanker was a definite purchase for me, i had g2 laser optimus when i was a child. i remember him being one of the first that i bought with money that i earned myself the other being dreadwing and smokescreen set which i still have. i sold optimus, stupid mistake.
A friend got all of wave 1 dx so far, said screamer and cliff are the best ones, those two will surely be my first purchases, may try grab all of the line the same day
dotm deluxes are now 17.99 in tesco, voyagers are still 8.99. kreo are on sale again too. i'm very tempted by kreo ratchet.
that was my suspcion too, i do find it strange that deluxes have gone up in price and not the voyagers. i'd say the voyagers will eventually go up in price too. i just thought it odd that they didnt increase at the same time or that the voyagers would've gone up first.
