I agree with all of these, but is the the emu, or emo? I've always just heard it as the emo. Also, when Fowler talks about cookie time or something of the sort, that got a lol outta me too  

Also, that face Ratchet pulls after he laughs in the same episode as the infamous 'no'. It's all like "oh crap, did I just laugh out loud...."  

 

Ugh, that was so un-funny my eyes nearly rolled out of my head. That combined with Miko's over-the-top face reminded me of one of those "made-for-trailer" bits from low-budget kids movies that pander to their audience.

 

Anytime something is thrown at someone, someone gets slapped, and when someone gets punched out of nowhere. Obviously, my brain doesn't function right.

One of my favorites would have to be in Darkness Rising when the scene cuts to Prime attacking an Eradicon. I just find that funny.

When Miko screamed in One Shall Rise.

 

When Optimus got mashed in the face by the tree trunk in Convoy. When I first saw it I was like, "Oh snap!" but on re-watching the scene it makes me laugh every time.

I concur with the following observations:

^ Not exactly funny in the "Ha ha" sense, but clever enough to make me smile every time.

^ This one did make me laugh out loud. Great delivery by Adam Baldwin.

^ I rewatched that a few times when I first watched that ep, and then moments later, we get the Jack and OP interchange that everyone else has mentioned:

:: "Hey Optimus, want to see something funny?"
:: "No."

I don't know why that's funny, but it just is. I think I watched that scene about 10 times over on YouTube just to hear the delivery. Peter Cullen FTW.

 

Same. I rolled my eyes apon first seeing it, but now it makes me laugh because of how dumb it is.

Megatron's eyebrows, mostly in One Shall Fall. Especially when he makes a "bitch, please" face to Knock Out at the beginning.

Roid-Ratchet bitchslapping Bulkhead in Stronger, Faster. "I said COME AT ME!!!"

"I'd invite you in... But the place is a mess." - Scrapheap.

However, comedy is where this series falls short a bit. Animated and Beast Wars, two other high quality shows, could be absolutely hilarious and yet serious. This series is too "epic" and "powerful" to have a lot of comedy. I recall in the first early review of Darkness Rising, Seibertron's doof of a reviewer claimed that Animated was over the top and Prime is better at comedy. Bull. It's not as humorless as Beast Machines (which could still be funny from time to time), but it's just plain not as funny with how mature it's trying to be.

That's not to say there aren't shining times of comedy gold like we have listed.

 

Oh yeah, I forgot this one, in Metal Attraction, after Airachnid buries Breakdown you can hear him saying something from underground

Airachnid says: Sorry! Can't quite hear you!

Breakdown digs himself out and says
"AuRUAURGAUGUGR"

This is a Ratchet I can get on board with!  

 

When that clip from a few months back were Miko and Jack's VAs were heard saying: "Megatron was an Autobot?" "Optimus was a 'Con?", then the episode aired and Ratchet said "No."  

 

The way Bulkhead ran in Darkness rising part 3 and 4, That had me chuckling on how funny and suprising that was! 

 

You don't need most if you have have funniest in the sentence. Sorry that was bugging me.

I thought Starscream's face in Partners was funny

Has to be the high pitched scream from Bulkhead in Scrapheap. It was then that I actually started to like him!

Also when Screamer tried to explain to Knockout how he lost his arm in Shadowzone. Couldn't stop laughing after that one!
