okay so eventually transformers prime is going to end but the aligned continuty is going to go on for a really long time so after transformers prime do you think that hasbro would make a new beast wars series as a sequel show to prime?

 

Hard to say. I would love to see it but cant say for sure that they will do it.

I doubt it. Beast Wars was born because interest in Transformers was really low and over saturated. I find it doubtful we will get to that point again any time soon.

That said, I would love for the beast era to be the destined future for the aligned continuity.

I would try to go for the birth era with it. Be cool to see the bots start to become the Maximals and the cons to Predacons moment. Also maybe seeing the fate of the remaining Prime cast as the new characters emerge.

Then instead of prehistoric Earth, set the new Beast Wars in the 2300's Earth.

 

I don't think it'll ever happen, but since Beast Wars was my favourite show as a kid I would love for it to be remade or paid homage to at some point in the Aligned continuity.

 

I think the beast wars will never happen again. Sadly because I want more!

 

As much as I like Beast Wars very much I don't see it happening sadly. However they can bring some homages of the BW universe into the show or even have TFP versions of some BW Characters! 

 

I would LOVE to see a Beastformers subseries IN this Aligned continuity. Maybe if they went to "Jungle Planet/Animatron" (both names I hate dearly), or if they focused on the descendants of the Beastformer member of the Thirteen (like I'd like to see them do with combinable descendants of Nexus Prime).

 

I would prefer the cast of Prime travel to the distant future and see/interact with their descendants. Or the other way round.

 

Honestly, I'd be happy with them just finding some shit that was intended to be from the Beast Wars, be it a pointless piece of the Axalon, or even something more driven.

I'd love to see a Beast Wars reboot at some point. Seeing one connected to Prime the way the original was to G1 would be particularly awesome(just because I love the Prime design aesthetic and want to see it applied to the BW characters). Though it could easily be a new continuity or soft reboot. Or even a new movie trilogy. Hell, I just want some kind of revival for it. XD

I think it was the episode deus ex machina bulkhead talks about how ancient autobots had imitated human gods in earths past and megatron got himself an army of zombie bots from an ancient transformer battle which took place on earth so transformers have been on earth for a long time and they could have occupied during the pre human times in earths past. with unicron being earths core it could make a prime beast wars very interesting indeed. if one character had a golden disk telling them about unicrons presence it would give it a different spin rather than the ark being stranded there

 

I dislike time travel, so I hope that if they have Beastwars it happens in the future or in another planet. Maybe even the present day. Also it seems that the Cybertronians have been warring on earth for a pretty long time. Around the same time that the Beastwars would have occured so that would be a tad difficult to pull off without the present day Cybertronians finding out about time traveling maximals and predacons.

Look at all the energon hidden on earth and all the dead Cybertronians as evidence of how long they've been active on the planet. In FOC, weren't they able to build the dinobots based upon earth life forms, accessible via the space bridge?

 

I can see Beast Wars re-imagined in a future setting, just as it was in the original series, but without the time travel back to pre-historic Earth. Once Prime has finished and is all tied up, I would love to finally see how the Autobots and decepticons evolve and are re-formatted into Maximals and Predacons.
I always felt there was a huge gap in the fiction between G1 and Beast Wars first time around, so this would be a great chance to fill it up with awesomeness.

 

I have an idea for a BW reimagining without earth. Think of it as BW meets Lost.

Takes place on a planet with earth like animals. But it has several moons. And the star system is too young to have planets.
Several maximals and predacons arriving on a mysterious planet. Turns out they are not alone. Someone knows more. They aren't the only transformers on the planet. The crash on the planet was prepared. This isn't just a planet, it's a place where miracles happen. There are mysterious buildings hidden on the planet.
