I was thinking & since Sam is old enough to get married,I thought of this plot for TF4. Sam is married to Carly & has a son named Spike (As a refrence to G1). The Autobots have gotten rid of just about every decepticon on earth & on Cybertron.The humans have started To travel to Cybertron & have set up buildings for people who hate to live near idiots.Sam is one of those people.Even though the Autobots saved earth twice,the president wants them to stay hidden so the new generation doesn't get to used to having robot friends since they rebuilt cybertron.The decepticons that have escaped the autobots have dedicated themselves to reviving a better leader then Megatron who failed 3 times.They unearth Megatron's teacher,Onslaught & his 7 combiner team allies. The Autobots discover this & (with Carly, Sam & Spike) Hunt them down with a new second in command named Silverbolt. Silverbolt was the first Combiner long ago,but lost them when Onslaught & his combaticons destroyed them. Any good?
Uh no. BTW shia labeouf said his character was technicaly spike, but then again, nowadays, who'd want a name like spike? And the reason for not wanting to live near idiots is a pretty dumb idea (no offense), its just not a strong idea.
This is hilarious. In all seriousness, Sam's story is done. There's only so many times you can milk the "major life event as a hook to draw in the audience" before it starts to get repetitive and feel-phoned in. Dark of the Moon was already suffering from an attempt to shoehorn Sam into the plot and doing it again in a fourth movie would probably be too much. On top of that, it's heavily implied Cybertron was destroyed when the space bridge collapsed, so you'd have to find an explanation for why it still exists in the sequel. On the other hand, I like the idea of bringing Onslaught and the combaticons into the mix as major villains. Just drop the whole "Megatron's teacher" bit (if anyone was Megatron's teacher in the movie-verse it was The Fallen) and it could work, though I highly suspect Hasbro will force the filmmakers to resurrect Megatron yet again.
I don't see your plot working. Shia Labeouf really doesn't want to do more Transformers films because he knows he needs to do other types of films if he isn't going to be type cast. Even if a large check is offered I see Shia Labeouf saying no to more films. Bumblebee destroyed Cybertron in Dark of the Moon so going to Cybertron would be a trip to nowhere. My gut feeling is that whatever they do in the 4th film it will still be a film that is set on Earth and around the current era.
Unless every one thinks and acts like squidward, i doubt this would work, the plot just sounds too cheesy, if we want a succesful sequel both financialy and criticaly, we need a damn good strong plot. this plot would get double the lower ratings of dotm and rotf combined.
wow this isnt really the best plot ive ever seen. I like the Silverbolt and onslaught idea but megatrons teacher is already the fallen. And I dont see how humans would move lightyears through space just so that you could move away from "idiots"I also can't help but wonder how people are still suppose to deny the existance of transformers at this point, especially when they are now on their home planet. Speaking of which Cybertron is kinda.....yknow... imploded.
well they could say that only the part of cybertron that came through the bridge was lost so you could have a 3/4 planet. any way i think what should happen is a remake of the original g1 movie. here goes the leaders of earth decided megs keeps coming back so let pick up all the decpticon corpses scraps whatever and launch them in to space. and of course unicron finds them ect. so in order to fight the new threat optimus must now against his better judgment share cybertronian weapon with humans. and humans make there own trasformeresc suits so now we can have a version of head masters in the movie vers.
I can see the next hook already, its 60 years in the future Nurse: Mr. Witwicky can you please get off the table?! Sam: Never! I don't like to be couped up in this Nursing Home, I want to be with the Autobots. I wanna' MATTER again!!!
thats not bad but i think a better plot would be like something involving unicron or the decepticons awakening unicron who is the center core of cybertron or something like that. now that i say that i could imagine a scene in the movie where the decepticons gather ever last piece of the allspark and thousands of tons of energon then it starts pulling towards the center core. kinda like the core in transformers WFC but a lot bigger. then the planet starts shaking and u see unicron rip through the outer part of cybertron the hexagon shape part and it shows a back view of him floating away and the camera rotates around and u see a huge hole in cybertron with giant chunks of metal floating away from the planet. that would be fuckin bad ass
Transformers: Generations The story is set nearly 20 years after DOTM and the Decepticons have all been defeated. The Autobots supposedly left the planet 12 years ago, but they continue to work with NEST in secret. One day, Tidal Wave, Dead End, and Slipstream attack a military research base off the coast of Mexico. NEST arrives with the Autobots and they defeat Tidal Wave, but Slipstream and Dead End escape. In the battle, Dino and Topspin are killed. With Tidal Wave's last breath, he reveals that the Decepticons have returned with their rightful leader (Liege Maximo who was the former apprentice of The Fallen before The Fallen banished him for his devotion to Unicron). The story then cuts to 2032 rural Colorado in which Sam now is married to Carly with a son named Daniel whose nickname is Spike. Spike can best be described as a Capt. Kirk type character who is cocky yet charming. One day, he gets into a fight at school because he was basically called a chicken and the bullies didn't show any respect to Sari Sumdac (the girl he likes who lives right across from him). When he gets home, Sam lectures him about responsibility and maturity and Sam promises that he'll let it him drive his old yellow Camaro as soon as he learns to be responsible. Sari comes over to thank Spike for sticking up for her when Sam notices that she has the Key to Vector Sigma as a necklace. Sam realizes that he needs to keep an eye on her to keep her safe. Halfway through the story, Sam and Carly are kidnapped by Dead End and Breakdown on a highway. Just when the Decepticons are about to take Spike and Sari too, the yellow Camaro shows up and transforms into Bumblebee. Bumblebee fights the Decepticons on the highway and he kills Onslaught. Suddenly, Thunderblast shows up as back up and Bumblebee and the humans get away as the two Stunticons retreat. Bumblebee drives the two of them to the Autobot base underneath Denver International Airport (I chose this because it's literally hiding in plain sight). Once the Autobots introduce themselves, Optimus explains everything to Spike and Sari. Optimus also reveals that Sam was working on a project for NEST that involved researching the location of Vector Sigma. Vector Sigma contains a special Cybertronian key(crystal skull) that can revive Unicron, who lies in stasis lock just outside of our galaxy. Optimus recites the same prophecy heard in TF Prime as well. It is also revealed that Sari is a protoform and that she got along with the bots because she felt that she had a special connection to them(she didn't know about this until now) This an important plot point because the bullies always called her a nerdy human computer. Sari begins to struggle with her feelings toward humanity and Spike steps up to comfort her and show her that she is just like him even though they are different species. Bumblebee's history is also explored as it is revealed that Slipstream damaged his voice and they were once friends. Spike, Sari, and the Autobots locate Vector Sigma in the underwater pyramids of Japan and unlock it with Sari's key. The Autobots attempt to get away and hide, but the Seekers find them and the battle begins in a large Tokyo-like city. The Stunticons show up separately at first, but they merge to form Menasor quickly. The Autobots kill only half of the Seekers and they hit Menasor in a way that un-merges them and the Stunticons are killed off shortly after. Ratchet dies from trying to help a mortally wounded Leadfoot(who also dies). Liege Maximo shows up with Sam and Carly and promises to let the WitWicky family live if he gets the key. Spike does the responsible thing and distracts Liege by pledging his allegiance to him while Optimus sneaks up behind him. Optimus attacks Liege Maximo with the help of Springer, Thunderblast, Roadbuster, and Bumblebee. Liege Maximo lets Carly go, but he shoots at Sam like Megatron did in ROTF. The Autobots defeat Liege Maximo by ripping off his arm and shooting him many times, but Liege Maximo flies away with very bad injuries and flees into space. At the end of the battle, Sam dies of his wounds and Optimus says good bye to his fallen comrades. Spike promises that he'll make his father proud and help the Autobots no matter what. He and Sari also share there first kiss and Optimus gives yet another speech. After the credits, Liege Maximo flies blindly through space. A giant shadow has been cast over him and he kneels before the mighty Unicron who still lies in stasis lock.
You have a few good ideas such as adding the Combaticons and Silverbolt, but I don't see this working due to some cheesy details like us living on Cybertron because it got a little crowded here on Earth.
Is this after the part when a DeLorean Autobot voiced by Christopher Lloyd shows up at Sam's house and tells him that they need to go back to the future!
