Dude, the frames aren't getting paint. That's a hand-painted prototype. The final release will come with bland, unpainted grey frames and bland, unpainted black rims.
is anyone else very impressed by how big bulkhead's robot mode looks like compared to the size of his vehicle mode? guess it is pretty accurate in the show lol.. i always felt like they were way too big for their robot mode compared to vehicle... silly me.

From the pics, it seems the Voyager & the Cyberverse colour slightly different, Voyager version spot a lighter green
Perhaps they had to change the plastic formula for the Cyberverse for fragility reasons? (ie. the bigger, thicker parts of the Voyager don't need the Cyberverse formula)
Maybe but the difference in colour is quite a lot if you do look carefully, can't be such a vast difference i presume
