okay, so clearly the handlebars rotate as do the upper arm panels.

Why must folks always show things mistransformed.  

I can't wait to get one and take photos of it properly transformed.

 

I like the set, looks great.

 

80 bucks, is it worth that much?

 

Considering it's price at the NYCC is 33, hell no.

 

But beside ebay, anywhere else we can get this piece?

 

Only place I know of is the convention.

They might put some up on the Hasbro toy shop after the convention is over.

 

One things is we will know know how much quantity left,once they put up at Hasbro toy shop,it maybe wipe out by collectors real soon

 

So when do these go on sale at the convention, tomorrow? Really looking forward to some reviews of these molds, regardless of color.

 

Two questions... 1) Why is Bumblebee a taxi?

and 2) What is it about pink on THAT Arcee that just looks wrong?

 

1. It's just the theme of the set.
2. Because Blue Arcee is superior to Pink Arcee

 

I want to like this Arcee, but that back kibble is killing it for me. Plus she's WAY out of scale with Bumblebee. Plus she doesn't look good with a pink paint scheme...  

Although I can't help but wonder how much less kibbly those arm panels would look if someone were to swap them at the shoulder joints. The shoulder joints and bicep joints look like they're removable, so it might look a bit better. But it might look a little odd in bike mode.

 

I really want one of these sets. Anyone know when they will be on Hasbro Toy Shop? I'm guessing Monday like the ones from SDCC. Funny though the TF Prime Optimus has never sold out so I'm wondering if these will actually sell out.

 

Bought a set off the bay for 65 total, not dealing with the chaos of if they have any. Even if they are 33 they will go quick or maybe not so my chancing it.

 

In my personal headcanon, these toys represent Shattered Glass Arcee and Bumblebee. Where SG Arcee is a helpless damsel who constantly has to rely on Jack to rescue her, and SG Bee is a fast talking Brooklyn cabbie who won't shut up.

Yup,the Blue colour scheme suited Arcee better this time round
