my guess,maybe they belong to 1985 G-1 TF Roadbuster. as he came with some weird looking realistic type army guns & weapons.
Those are not Transformer weapons. No idea really but not any transformers that I've ever seen. Roadbuster's weapons were green with orange armor.
they remind me more of like exo squad, but with out the brightly coloredness. but those are not transformers. they do not have pegs for holding the weapons, after all, very few transformers do NOT have peg hole hands, i mean, *until recently*
I realise that this is waaay overdue, but they came with this Gobot: Counter-X > Gobots >> Reviews >>> Robot Winch Helicopter That was an awesome toy.
