Are we ever going to see Soundwave introducing new Minicons? like Rumble, Frenzy or even Ravage? How cool would it be and finally Soundwave could show his true abilities.

 

I think it would be cool if the thing on his chest had different configurations.

I think Frenzy/Rumble should be separate characters though. They never really felt like cassette bots to me in any previous incarnations.

 

I'd prefer Rumble/ Frenzy to be seperate from Soundwave, but I am actually intrigued as to how Ravage would look if he was in the same origami-style as Laserbeak

 

Where would Soundwave keep them?

 

Most likely to see Ravage.

 

I would like to see Ravage myself, but it wouldn't be out of his body, there is no space for more.

As far as Prime soundwave goes: He seems to get the job done with Ratbeak.

Acting as both a spy and a flying gun.

More drones might be possible. Except that it seems the current one is part of Soundwave's chest armor. If for some reason Soundwave was sent into a heavier combat situation and he pops a booster rocket pack .boots and more armor into his shoulders and torso. Which could be detached into a deadly swarm of flying death drones. That just seems like the philosophy of how this soundwave carries drones. Their around him, rather than inside him. They have a continous wireless link with him as drones when seperate. and when connected together again they become more directly supported by the processor.

 

What if he introduces Frenzy and Rumble as a sort of leg armour and Ratbat and Ravage as weapons?

 

awesome, That would really work out.

 

First, the Cassete Bots aren't minicons, they are known as deployers.
Second, with how TF: P is going for a very realistic stylization, I would put my money on the deployer teams being more like spys working under soundwave and his eyes and ears.

 

According to Exodus, a deployer is nothing more than a Soundwave-affiliated minicon.

 

i think Soundwave may have something on his back as it looks a bit bulky. in my opinion anyway.

 

Exodus is based in WFC, which until I get direct storyline connecting WFC and Prime, is not part of Prime. Until that time, Deployers are gonna be just 5 creepy lil cons who are too attached to Soundwave.

 

I hope not, this Soundwave is cooler without them.

 

What about Exiles?

 

Have you perchance watched Prime Episode 26 yet? It really blatantly ties the two together. Not to mention that Exiles, from what I've read about it, even makes the connection even further.

 

They would be neat to see, but I don't think we will see them in Prime.

Soundwave is fine without them.

 

I would love to see Ravage. And I would love to hear some real synthesized speech from SW instead of him playing recordings....
