Do you folks think that they would come up with an armor upgrade to be used with Wildrider? Or would the rumored Shadow Scyther be enough for it?

 

If they could, I don't see why they wouldn't. However, I can't see a KO Protector/Scyther set coming out anytime soon.

 

I have a SHadow and a DIA comming from chimungmung. Supposedly the first edition Shadow commander had some issues while the DIA was almost the same as the real one if you used it on an original figure.

I'm hoping this later version of the SC is better. I'm going to be trying them both on an original Nemesis that is also on the way.

 

Went ahead and ordered Wildrider. This cuts down my customizing of classics stunticons down to 2   I only need to work on Breakdown and Deadend

Was reading on KO toys forum because I was curious of this myself. The person in charge said its exactly the same just a reissue of the KO. His/her/its word is not worth much from what I hear though.

 

Supposedly those first SC didn't even come with a waist piece.

 

Of course KOToys will try to promote their products but once again, they are KO after all.

 

So um... Where can I has?

 

Well if the new SC armor turns out to be crap I'll repaint the DIA one into a SG Prime armor and use it on Nemesis. I currently don't have another classics Prime and I'd rather have a bad guy wearing it.

 

In Peaugh's Sideburn review he posted that KOToys may be working on a KO Protector armor to match Sideburn.

So if that's true... I wouldn't be surprised if they made one to match Wildrider as well.

I just received my Ravage from him and it's the pictured version, not the long version with the gap. even has red eyes and the purple Decepticon logo. $11 shipped is pretty damn reasonable.

 

Good to know... I just ordered one myself, though from a different seller. Hope it's the same one that you got, with the painted eyes and logo and all...
