    I don't mean to be a debbie downer, but can we please get some characters other than Prime/Magnus and Megs/Seekers. MP Grimlock is my favorite TF of all time, and I am sure other supporting Decepticons/Autobots would be MUCH more widely appreciated.

    If i understand correctly, Takara haven't been as communicative in the past as Hasbro... in which case, i would hope this means they will be more communicative in future.

    If they want to do a MP Soundwave they better get on the ball before that in-development 3rd party one dilutes the demand.

    A MP megatron could be improved over the first version if it was the gun that was compromised and not the robot. I'd rather have a chunkier robot with a rather stumpy gun mode, esp as most people probably keep him in robot mode anyway.

    I'd love to actually get some Masterpiece Movieverse Transformers. G1 has had a good run but time for some more Generations to get some light.

    Hardly. The number of people who would be aware of, much less purchase the 3rd party MP Soundwave pales in comparison to the number of people who would be exposed to a first party one. Its Fanstoys who should be fearing the release of an official Soundwave, not the other way around. If a real one is coming, I'd probably pass on the 3rd party one even if it meant waiting a year or more (unless the 3rd party one was cheap, which it wouldn't be).

    5 Masterpiece molds in 6 years, and all Takara can think about is remaking them... The new Convoy was a let down, but another Megatron is just depressing.

    Aren't there more characters?

    If there's still demand for them 20 years from now, I don't see why not. ...That's what we had to wait for the first G1 Masterpiece.

    Besides, they've already done movieverse 'Masterpieces'. If one can call fancy-paint leaderclass figures that.

    Those I call expensive repaints as well.
    Pick a scale, like 1/20th and go off of that, I would be a happy man with all the Autobots painted like the real life counterparts.
