I thought Amy Schumer was downright vicious, I think she was brilliant, that's how you roast someone! I think the best roasters are those that hit below the belt so often but yet can keep the audience laughing! I think a good roaster will make you say; oh no, I can't believe he/she said that, that's so wrong, but yet they have you laughing as well! A trait most of the of the good roasters have! The joke she made about the similarity between Bruce Willis and Charlie Sheen had me in stitches!

It was pretty twisted to make a joke about someone's best friend who only died a few months ago. I don't care about the circumstances surrounding his death, there are just some things you don't say to people. You could see he was upset about it, to me that went too far.

/\Yeah. I mean, it is one thing that everyone was poking fun at Sheens custody battles and his drug problems, it is another to poke fun at a death of someone, regardless of how right or wrong it was, with their friend right there. "Too soon", can't even apply to that.

Hell, even the racist things weren't as bad, because everyone was doing them and it was in good fun. The diabetes jokes were getting a little rough, though.

Well the way I saw it, she wasn't making fun of Ryan Dunn's death. Instead, she was making fun of Steve-O, and used something relevant that was already on everyone's minds to get a reaction. Again, I probably wouldn't have gone there in a joke, and I still don't think she needed to. However at the same time, this was a roast, which pretty much comes with the understanding that you're not gonna puss out when you get made fun of by fellow comedians.

He didn't puss out, so why should we?

They went very low with a lot of stuff, they may know that some low things are gonna get used, but there is still some stuff you just don't touch.

They made fun of Greg Giraldo right after he died as well thats what you do... If he cared so much he shouldn't been on the show or better yet realized his friend had a drinking problem.

Exactly!!!! It's a roast. Ordinarily, the stuff she said would result in her being punched anywhere but this roast and that's why she could get away with it, for me once the roaster is being funny I don't have a problem with it, besides once you start with this and that being off-limit, where do you draw the line, it becomes subjective really! Analyse her statement she wasn't really saying anything offensive about the dead guy really, it was more on the subject, on how she trivialised the matter, I definately can see why people would find it offensive. But I think she was the best roaster that night!

Yeah, and without even having any que cards (that I could see anyway) or really needing to be prompted by the others. Not like there's anything wrong with writing notes to yourself, especially for a routine that's not drawing off of your own experienced, but Jeff Ross is a true magician.

I thought I saw some cards in his hat...

But I was sort of let down, actually. I thought Charlie at the end was the best.

The roastee was better than the roasters. Da fuck?
