Check this out... I thought it was pretty cool. Especially with me being the only Transformer dork in the band... www.myspace.com/ki
to a degree it does, but the logo is also worldly known now and is borderline on a famous face or building, meaning the line is blurred on the infringement. Plus we know how well hasbro keeps track of all thier missused property...
dude, your tunes are really good ~ seriously!!! check out my bands stuff @ www.myspace.com/thesunups ~ i think we've got a kinda similar sound
Hell no, I hit things with sticks! Glad you guys dig the tunes. My guitar player made the flyer, I'm not sure where he found that pic of Prime though. Anyone know? As far as copyright infringement, I've got a tattoo of Grimlock standing behind an autobot symbol. So is my arm infringing?? haha
Just a three song demo. Later this year we're recording a full length. I'll check out your band as soon as I can get to a computer that has speakers! haha
dude, relax, lol! You want to hear about copyright probs? Imperial released many G1 combiners all without permission and most with the autobot or decepticon logo. Hundreds of bands nationwide use the autobot/decepticon/transformer/robotech images all without permission and several of those have been main stream bands. Hasbro needs to start working on this, but the most i've seen them do is go after a few eBay accounts, and by then it's out of their hands. ya gotta lighten up you TF guru you
Hey, yeah. Slick flyer! And the music sounds pretty good too! Oh, and Ashlee is cute . No doubt that helps the crowd presence at least a bit.
No way! Its like that episode of Simpsons where Homer advertises "Blue Pants" on the back of his head.
