I signed up for Nintendo Power when I was a kid. Don't remember what it cost but I do remember when I signed up I got a free Legends of Zelda game out of it.:)

A kid? What year was it? Late 80s IIRC? I was in the very least 10 maybe as old as 12 or 13 I really don't remember.

I belong to the G1er group of collectors, I was 8 when TFs premiered lol

    Now I feel old. :(

They usually do 1 free figure that comes with the price of your membership. There are then usually 2 club exclusive figures you can purchase.

In regards to BotCon they tend to have 10 to 13 figures for the convention. The 5 figure box set, 1 free figure for attending the convention and with purchase of the box set, and then usually 3 souvenirs sets with two sets having 2 figures each and one last one as a troop builder with 3 of the same figure.

    You're welcome.

If you sign up for the Club by March 16, 2012 (I believe) you get Runamuck for free. The other Club exclusives you usually have to be right on the ball to get (or within a couple days to a couple weeks) as some sell out very quickly.
