well one of my ideas on that screean was correct. I thought it could be an actual screean but then I figured Bandai wouldnt do that so I figured something with lights shining through any other item. and I was right on the second one. barring the horrendous design of that thing the clear plastic sucks you see every bit of light coming through it also I love the fact that some of the voice are done by the same person that did the Birth driver sounds
(fairly pointless observation) I finally looked at a picture of the Fourze Driver belt, and the astro-switch look to me like they were made out of printer cartridges. That seems like an odd choice to me. I like the USB sticks of W better.
I don't know about you, but someone has found some future features for the DX Fourze Driver Henshin Belt at the moment.
Looks like HLJ decided they want to be more like Amiami and put their Fourze pre-orders up in the middle of the night. Fourze driver is on Order stop there, and sold out at both Amiami and Hobbysearch. Seeing the list of sounds makes me want this more.
so I guess it confirms that theres gonna be rider switches but I swear that thing is damn near impossible to understand
...there's going to be a Stronger Switch... excuse me as I go scream in a corner for about an hour...
I'm really looking forward to Fourze. So far the only full series I've seen is Decade (which was good, but really fell apart towards the end IMO), but I plan to go back through some of the older series once I get through my backlog of Sentai stuff to watch. It's always exciting to start watching something weekly
Well, considering we knew about GokaiSilver and the Gold Mode before Gokaiger starting, it seems Toei is really really good at keeping spoilers to themselves these days .
Though I don't share the excitement for Fourze I will say Decade was my first true Kamen Rider experience and it really took me by surprise just how much I enjoyed it. I love that series. So then after seeing the Den-O/Decademovie I figured I'd go back and check out the Den-O series. I was truly blown away by that series. Den-O is above and beyond the best Rider series I've seen thus far. Definitely check it and its' movies out. The first movie is just perfectly executed with the way it seemlessly ties pieces of itself into 3 or 4 episodes of the show that occur before and after it. W was another fantastic series and I finally got a subbed A to Z movie and liked it wuite a bit as well. W really didn't have me convinced on the whole 2 people as a rider thing immediately but after an episode or two I really grew to like it. I'd highly recommend either of those 2. OOO on the other hand..... didn't do much for me honestly. And Fourze isn't quite exciting me either but you never knwo things could change between now and then.
I didn't think much of the Den-O/Decade film, but then I really enjoyed the Episode Yellow movie with DiEnd so I will go back and watch it all at some point. W is the next of my list to watch in its entirety because the little I've seen of it so far as blown me away.
After the first set of episodes I was wondering what they would do to make the Dopants more threatening, because W pretty much kicked ass without any trouble. In the following few episodes I've seen so far, it's been interesting to see the weaknesses of having W be two-in-one, and the way they need to work together to kick ass, otherwise they get creamed. And of course, different Dopants have different abilities, some of which are inherently more useful against W. Really liking it so far.
I really dug it the further it went along. Initially the concept just seemed unworkable. The complexity of having to rely on another person to henshin seemed goofy. And the weaknesses of that system are explored in several episodes. But it really did a good job of using the 2 characters and their different styles of fighting appropriately. The gimmick of having to switch out memories also seemed silly at first but again it grew on me. Definitely gets way better around the halfway point of the series.
Really, it gets better? I already think it's great, if it gets any better it could start contending for my favorite series ever.
