    It's concept art. From Paul Ozzimo, I think? I could be wrong, but it's legit concept art from RotF.

    EDIT: It's Ben Procter's concept art. Not Ozzimo.

    lmaooo let me tell ya, this pic was a really successful one. Every caption I LOL'd at!! Nice work everybody! But I have to say this is the winner. The whole concept of Soundwave being some creeper to Carly is just too funny. WINNER OF PIC #15
