Comparison-wise, he's a steal at $50 compared to the Takara version which costs $150 more for a trailer, slightly different paint job, and no targetmaster (which went on ebay for +$30 WTF). Reality-wise, he's a $40-50 figure. Think of the extra $10-20 as a collector's tax.

got my jap headmaster dvd in the mail yesterday, sweet ass dvd for those who are into the japenese series. of course one has to remember that headmaster, masterforce and victory were late 80's cartoons and they in no way compare to prime and animated in the form of story and style but still, seeing raiden, twincast and soundblaster on clear dvd quality is priceless. highly recommended!
Sugarland had three left as of 12:30 PM. Limit 2, no holding. Know for a fact they got some in on Friday so this is a restock.
Wth? I actually traveled all the way to Sugarland and I got one. I arrived just before noon. I would've gotten there earlier but I got mildly lost for a little bit which was incredibly stupid of me. There were 6 when I got there. I picked up 1 leaving 5. I left the store around 12:10. So 2 more were picked up in that 20 minutes. Crazy. And I had checked Bunker Hill at opening time to no avail. No restock. I asked them to check the computer and none had any. Only Sugarland. I'm glad I decided to go. LONG drive, but worth it. I actually just got home from there.
The Toys R Us on the North Tollway and Alpha had 8 Rodimus Primes as of about 10:00 this morning. Just thought I'd give those in the Dallas area a heads up. Park and 75 still had 3 as of around 11:00.

Got to TRU @The Forum right at 11am... all sold out... they got 4 of them in... I asked where they put them on the shelf because there is no shelf tag... Their comment: "They sell out so fast, it doesnt matter where we put them on the shelf, so we havent made any shelf tags for them." I guess.... In addition... they did have the Thudercat stuff out and a Halo restock.
Five minus the two I grabbed = 3. After cracking mine open last week and getting the 20% coupon I decided to buy another one to keep MISB. The second one either will be an extra I bring to our Houston meetup this Saturday, sent to one of my friends in Europe, or will be the FF trophy.

Well spoke! But yeah, I'm not sure what they were thinking leaving some of the tabs the way they are. It's not even like they would have been complicated to remedy, either. Very simple stuff, in comparison to other figs.
The great thing about having a spare now is that I can treat the open one less gently to figure out better/easier ways of transforming and posing. Still trying to get him to tuck the matrix correctly and his hand doesn't bend back. . =( EDIT: Hearing now that YMMV and it's either limit 1, 2 or no limit depending on the person and store.
^^^ Haven't seen any recently but you are in west texas so some may be still sitting on them. I say TJMaxxx/Marshalls is you better bet since they got them in as recent as two weeks at $25. Ross is a lower chance. For some odd reason they got their Starscreams in first over a month ago and two weeks ago it was all Hooker Prime. It was nice though because they were only $20.
