I'm hoping that Megatron's mistransformed, and that the kibble sits on his back, or is just somehow less awkward than that picture.

But that's not important. What is important is that Prime turns into a truck, that actually looks like a truck!  

 

Wallet, prepare to be beaten to within an inch of your existance.  

And that sure as heck looks like an arm-mount on Megs to me!  

 

Amen to that!

 

Both toys are ok. I'm just worried for Meg's colours...I hope its nothing too colourful...

Prime looks great, a nice update to the original version.
Megatron looks okay, I'll need to see better pics before I can say anymore.

 

Forgive me if this has already mentioned, but doesn't that look like an old school rub sign on Optimus?

 

I'm liking (what little) can be seen on those pics.

Megs' alt mode is just like I remember from Botcon. Wonder how it will be colored though. I think the "wings" don't look so bad... kinda like a cape... villains need capes.

About Optimus... of course I'm gonna need better pics, but I'm beginning to understand what is it about RM Prime that Aaron Archer dislikes.

I'm liking this. Both of these guys look sweet. I think I can see Megatron's little eyebrow triangles, even.

Oh, and if you can't see that Megs is really Super Megatron, then you don't know what Super Megatron was.

 

Sweet, back to basics. Even if Megs did go all Nerf on us

 

Shrug. My reimagining of him involves the gun piece becoming, you know, the gun piece on his arm.

Also, I noticed some people were complaining that he doesn't seem to have an arm. G1 Megs only had 1 arm, on the toy, if the cannon's on (it sits on top).

I like both OP and Meg design. OP is about as solid a toy as one can get. While it's not earth shattering like MP Prime it's a great redo of a toy that's been done many times. Personally I'd rate it above G1 in terms of design but the gun looks like crap. As for Meg I don't like the boosters but it's a great homage to G1 and if it's got arm mount cannon it'll be awesome.

 

I wasn't aware Hasbro was supposed to base these off your own personal reimaginings.

The G1 toy has two arms- i have it sitting right in front of me right now. Definitely 2 arms, with 2 hands. It doesn't matter that you can clip a huge ass gun on one of those arms- the arm is still there. People are worried that the huge ass gun is the arm on the classics figure- in other words, no hand.

 

I noticed that as well. Here's hoping.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to these.

Can't really tell enough from the pic to comment on Megs' robot mode.
