I will always remember him as General Vega in Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun  

 

It's a shame. I know him most recently from his Mirage/Dino performance in Transformers 3. I also saw his performance in the second season of "24" when he played Islamic terrorist, Syed Ali. Ironically another guy who played a terrorist in that show, Dennis Hopper, (Victor Drazen in the 1st season) also passed in recent years. I pray for his family during this tough time.

 

Very sad and prayers for his family..he was far too young.

That's not true.

Heath Died before the Dark Knight came out, Francesco died a month after it's release.

I get what you mean but if anyone Transformers wise is Heath Ledger it's Orson Welles he died almost a year before the 86 movie came out.

 

Some of the sentiments are going a tad overboard, I can't deny that. However, that and only that should be addressed negatively. The rest of the comments are cold and way over the line.

And being the son of Anthony Quinn? No small thing. That alone makes him someone noteworthy.

Some of us might've posted things that could be construed as being a tad silly, but some of you posted things that were downright disrespectful and distasteful.

I'd much rather be silly and respectful than be one of the asshats being disgraceful.

RIP to a good actor and a father. That is just too young to go, especially with a heart attack.

On another note, I don't understand why some of you are being self-appointed "deciders of appropriate response and those who stem the tide of strong responses".

If his death doesn't particularly touch you or resonate with you, simply move on to other topics. You have no right to stomp around in here declaring what is and is not an appropriate level of sorrow from fellow board members.

Let people express their feelings on his death in peace.
