I hate it when Rumours sound better then what we get.

Bet Farrari would have had a problem with that.

 

The “Autobots go home” sub-plot. It obviously got dropped for time. It would have been quite interesting to see. I hope we get some deleted scenes.

 

Why are people saying "Mirage/Dino Dying"

Why would anyone want Mirage to die?!!

 

None, as I ignore rumors from movies, unless there's something that proves theyre true.

Only thing I wish is that Shockwave had a lot more screen time.

 

That Shockwave would be MUCH more than just an alien snake riding mute with only about 90 seconds of total screen time in a 2.5 hour long movie.

 

1. More dramatic
2. More realistic in terms of war
3. Some people don't like his name
4. Gives his killer (Soundwave in the comic, Starscream in the novel) a chance to be badass.

I thought it was brutal when he was Mirage and I was happy about hearing about Dino getting his head ripped off.

 

I never read any of the spoilers in that time, so I can't really say much but retroactively, I think I'm disappointed with switching Mirage and WheeljaQ's roles in their demises: WheeljaQ was a funny inventor, charismatic and one of the VERY FEW 'Bots that aren't total badass who breaks necks and occasionally unleashes one-liners [Ironhide, Sideswipe, Leadfoot, Roadbuster, speechless Topspin, hell, even Optimus and BB are like this at times], I like badassery, I really do, but one of the things that I've grown to hate in the movie-verse is the fact that EVERY SINGLE DAMN AUTOBOT in the whole Autobot army must act like a 80's badass dude.

The non-badass characters on the Autobot forces? Ratchet, WheeljaQ, The Twins, Wheelie and Brains.
And look: Out of these SIX, only ONE was left alive [and he has a ridiculous small amount of screen-time].

I found annoying to kill off a genuinely non-combatant, interesting and funny character ["These weapons are great for kicking ass!"] just so the "Badaz lolz1" bots could stay around.

Seriously, excluding the Italian accent, Sideswipe and Dino/Mirage are THE. SAME. DAMN. CHARACTER.

 

I liked the rumour of the Wreckers being Decepticons, one of them being Lockdown especially. Although what we got was decent.

And the rumour that it would be a good movie /troll

The Twins dying on screen...I wanted to see those bastards get aced.

 

Stuff in the book that should've been in the movie, like:

The Twins getting killed by Sentinel. What's 5 more minutes to give a send off to the characters most people hated from the second film.

Starscream killing Mirag...er....I mean Dino. Again, another 5 minutes.....
