Cybertron was exploding whilst it was being sucked into a vortex. Call me a pessimist but I don't think Cybertron's chances are looking good...

They would use said resources to create Energon, as we know that Energon can be manufactured from Earthly materials [The Star Harvester].

So not only did Bay kill off all the main Decepticon characters, he killed off Cybertron.

It really does look like he wanted to end it with the trilogy.

But bringin cybertron into earths atmosphere, the Sun energy could be extracted and could be used to create energon.(solar power etc:)
And use humans as slaves to rebuild their planet.

Technically, Cybertron was dead before collapsing upon itself for some reason.
Why did Cybertron collapse upon itself? And drag all the Decepticon ships with it?

I thought humans were the resource?

Both actually. Transformers no longer have the numbers to form a stable industrial base to rebuild their planet.

On Earth there are skilled workers, factories and natural resources.

They've lost the capability to create more Transformers with the scarcity of Energon. Hence a they have to "outsource" their labor force. Though in this case we are not getting paid.

    1. If they where to use the the Suns energy to create energon then sund would soon run out ( technically its a dieing star)

    2. If they did use the sun to create energon there would be no "human work forces" cause planet earth would become way to cold. Humans would not be able to survive the new enviroment!

Well, if you look up in the sky you will be able to point to it there... and there... and also there... there, there, there, there....

It went back to it's place in space in lots of itty bitty pieces.

Humans wouldn't be able to survive on Cybertron very long anyways... no atmosphere.

In any case do we even know how big of a portion cybertron is destroyed? we haven't really gotten a scale look at it next to any other planet other than earth, and it was only half/one-third whichever you choose. i wanna say that that portion of the planet isn't lost but either sent back to it's proper place or stuck in some inter-dimensional loop. because we don't really know the effect of the bay-verse space bridges. for all we know it could be still right next to earth but on another and separate plain.
