after watching the movie a couple of times, something i dont understand is right before sentinel kills ironhide he says "for the sake of our planet's survial, he made a deal with meagtron" so what if the autobots were thinking the same thing about their planet (I know they werent) but why would he kill ironhide rather then the humans......
Because the Autobots were going to stop him from doing so anyway, so might as well take out as many as he could. Also, it's a bit weird to put "Ironhide's death" in the title and mark spoilers at the same time.
Assume every thread has spoilers - just keep it out of the title. So, no need to add the word "spoilers" to the titles. Thanks. -Tony Bacala. Just Remember, some haven't seen the movie yet. Although I have it goes for some non-members and members alike that haven't seen it. Also, the Autobots would stand in his way, so he Killed IH to escape and begin his plot. Without killing IH, he couldn't have fled. Also, a period does wonders to a sentence.
I response to thread title. No longer any need to add (Spioler) to thread title. Any chance we could have a less harsh emoticon?
1.dude, don't put the spoiler in the title and then type (spoilers), that's silly 2.sentinel is a dick, 'nuff said
Title/spoiler fail. Ironhide was the biggest threat of the gathered Autobots, so Sentinel took the logical (lol) choice and eliminated him first. Not sure what you mean about killing humans, though.
Fixed. Ironhide has enoguh firepower to kill Ironhide. Hey if you wanna survive in prison take out the big guy first. Sentinel should have killed Optimus back "when they have that talk"
He had hoped Optimus would have joined him, so he spared his life. He still had issues with Ironhide from the whole Thetacon thing, so that explains his lack of reluctance to off him.
