Well that makes two of us :lol  This is my first time ordering from them as well. I did shoot them an email a couple days ago asking for my order status and this is what they replied:
Sorry for the inconvenience. In regards to your order and the shipping, both the "DMK-01 Optimus Prime Duel Model Kit" and "DMK-02 Bumblebee Duel Model Kit" are currently in transit. These two products have been very popular lately and we had a backlog. Your products will be shipped shortly and a tracking number will be forwarded to you as soon as the items are shipped.

Friday night, and still nothing :rolleyes2

Encline, where did you get that gun, or is it a custom scratch build? I just got my DMK-01 tonight. So awesome!

    SICK!

i'll order another one from the second run to experiment with LEDs.

this kit is such a joy, i'm excited to do it all over again, but replicate what you radicons are doing here.

also contemplating on getting bee now. but he really needs paint.

    good times!

Just finished building mine (along with BB). Overall the end result is really great and totally movie accurate.

But the kit itself was a nightmare to build. I did some gundam perfect grade (slightly bigger figures), and usually it goes very well and the pieces fit into each others flawlessly. It's not the case with optimus and bumblebee. I had to cut and slightly modify some pieces to make it work, and some others, like bumblebee's chest, broke.

An example: Optimus' knee blue panels. I apply as much pressure as I can with my whole strength, it will only go 50% deep. If I want it to really fit correctly, I'll have to cut some parts of the panels to make it smaller in order to fit correctly, and I don't like that. A model kit shouldn't suffer that kind of problem.

Another thing I'd complain about are the hands, especially the fingers. You just can't do anything with them, they fall off into pieces as soon as you try to move them. The gundam figures have much better hands, the finger parts "clip" into each others, so you can articulate and move them as much as you want, nothing falls apart. It's not the case with Optimus' hands sadly... Really bad engineering.

Also I still haven't been able to plug the top of his head correctly, some pieces really seem impossible to put in place without some customization...

But as I said, once it's built the overall result is stunning, and it's clearly my favorite optimus figure, I don't really care about transformation, I really like it when it's accurate, and it's the first time we have something like that.

I highly recommend to buy those kits if you like the movie bots, and I hope it's just the start and hopefully new bots will be released. Just be mentally ready to turn red sometimes, loose patience and eventually break a few things while building those kits. But nothing some glue can't fix fortunately.

But any other method is most welcomed. Got mine few days back but have no time to build him up. Any ideas will be appreciated to fix the finger issues.

    Post away, encline!

While you're at it, could you post a tutorial on how to do the leds as well Encline? How to hide the cables and batteries and what not? Hakka's tutorial is very informative, but since we're dealing with a model kit, a tutorial based on this model kit surely will be a great one.

so I am setting this guy to the side to work on the diorama... once that is done, I will need to go back and work on more details of this kit.... I used a soldering iron to melt the post that stick out of the finger joints, which, I made a little two minute vid for.. I will post it up in a little bit..

    but for now.. :)
