Yeah. I really only want this set for the cassettes. Blaster doesn't fit in with my classics at all because he's so huge and no articulation. I'll probably just display him in boom box mode somewhere in my room if I do end up getting this.

That's great for those fans that get a great deal, but a kick in the knees to the folks who paid the bigger bucks.

I'm pretty certain these weren't just produced for SDCC, despite them being a US exclusive there. There was an absoloute mountain of them at Auto Assembly last year, all the dealers had them in quantity. I have some recollection of them being sourced through a supplier in Asia.....

interesting, I already have a set and these seem to be sans the groovy slipcover from the SDCC /HTS release of them set.

Great news for those who need it though.

The Entertainer in the UK regularly gets old SDCC exclusives, they had the Star Wars Hologram Leia for MONTHS!

If anyone heading to TFcon finds an extra one, I will shake your hand really hard when I pay you if you proxy it for me!

    Unless it's GMfan101, then I'll be gentle.

I only say this because LOL at BC being anywhere near the liquidation centres that'd provide these.

I REALLY want him in my collection. I have not missed any reissues in the us for a few years now, but i am now full time student and when Blaster came out, i couldnt spare the cash, i can NOW spare 20 bucks! I hope he comes to the US somehow for the low. I have a TJ Max an hour away so it might be hard for me to get one. Someone brought up a good point, how did hasbro run out but there is a sudden surplus of them ending up in Canada?

AWWW YEAAHHHHHH! My Local comic book store has this guy for 50$.

Winners/Home sense seems to be having a fun time with TF toys us canadians have a hard time to find?
( FOR MONTREALERS/Anybody who lives close, Here's some locations of Winners and Home Sense stores I know:

Winners in Vaudreuil-Dorion (By the Highway, lose to Thai Express and Sports Experts. This Store has the Cyclonus+Rodimus 2 pack with the comic (bilingual) 2 packs left there.)

Winners in Kirkland (By the Colisee, the Movie theatre. I haven't gone there in Ages so I don't know what's in there.)

Home Sense AND Winners in Fairview mall(By the Highway! it's massive! :0 ) (There's an Elevator connecting them In the store!) I rarely go into Montreal/Fairview but I don't know if that store has a Toy Section like Winners. and the Winners there had Scouts and a really Banged up ROTF Jetfire (I bought it, box looked like it went to Hell and Back but the toy wasn't missing anything!)

SDCC Blaster hung out on HTS for quite a while. Any US fan after this when it came out should have had no problem collecting it. I think it was up for more than two weeks.

Wow, the only time I really pursue a SDCC exclusive and get it, it ends up in clearance bins. Great.

I will glady overpay for one of these if one of the fine Canadian members would mind picking 1 up for myself and my girlfriend.

We really want to buy one of these but not wanting to drop $100 at BBTS.

You made the point there. Just like Windcharger and Grappel, how many of you actually found one of these at a TJ Maxx or Marshalls? I have over eight of these stores in a 30 mile radius from me and, although I did find loads of RTS deluxes, I never say any RTS Windchargers or Grappels. Hell, I only came across one RTS voyager at all and that was a Deep Dive. Once. All the other stores had voyagers, but they were Seasprays, Night Ops Ratchet, and Payload. It is obvious at this point that the discount chains have burnt thru what stock they did have as I have not seen hardly any RTS in the last few weeks, only HFTD stuff.

I would say not to waste gas. If you drive by one on the way to work or whatever then stop and humor yourself. But, I wouldn't get your hopes up.
