he said they designed the damn thing, and then the red guy goes on to say they hid in a bunker....that sounds like they're referring to the the base itself that they designed opposd to the Xanthium since they were able to hide inside the bunker while not being on the ship

I liked the Twins but I agree that the Wreckers were better to have for TF3. The whole tone of the movie would have been thrown off by their crazy antics.

Plus Wheelie and Brains took their job. This is like how the Ogre in Mo's creatures makes the Minecraft creeper obsolete :S

 

because people are to sensitive and need to buck up and stop whinning.

I know plenty of guys who love their supped up cars, their guns, and are pretty much assholes to strangers,....doesn't make them redneck anymore than it makes them Marines, guidos,or gangsters, or thugs...seriously wtf?
The wreckers came to earth during a war theyre the original ba's of course they arent going to get their alt modes from the fucking prius factory, they went for speed and firepower. They're ba's and they know it and soldiers more then anything else.

 

I think I like the Wreckers better than the Twins. Roadbuster had a cool Irish or Scottish accent. Leadfoot was pretty funny too. Only wish Top Spin talked. And unlike the Twins the Wreckers actually thought some cons.
Not counting Devastator. That, and they have awesome alt modes.

 

Jazz was silver. And if you are going to stereotype him as being "black" in G1 you are actually stereotyping his voice actor, not the character.

OMFG THIS FOREVER

They simply came off as gruff, brutish guys to me. Because of how they acted, not how they talked.

Also, I just rewatched ROTF - the Twins were absolutely awful. Racist? No. Annoying? Extremely. Useful? Not in the slightest. Did I miss them in DOTM? Nope.

I really liked Brains and Wheelie though.

 

Roadbuster was awesome, just wish he had stuck the head in someone though.

 

I disliked the twins more just because they got more screen time. The Wreckers were a total waste of the name though. Awful characters who just seemed like rude idiots.

The Wreckers didn't take any from the movie like the Twins did. The Wreckers were just background characters who didn't really do anything, but the Twins had far more screen time and were just offensive.
