I'll be putting up work I did for TF3 this weekend on my site. In the meantime I posted up one of the Megatron images.

You have no idea how much I've been looking forward to this, mr. Nizzi. Can't wait to see the rest of what you'll put up, and thank you so much for sharing it with us.

Wow! Huh, I didn't notice in the movie that the cloth and chains are hatchling-related.

How did they get to Earth again? :lol

Thanks for the alert, MR Nizzi! I hope to see the awesome designs!

BTW, will we see any Soundwave on it? I believe it's the only one out of all the Transformers that got a real role and has never got any concept other than one satellite and an unused car mode.

Excellent! It's about time we saw some concept art! :)  Your work is always fantastic.

By the way Mr Nizzi, have you heard anything about a Transformers "Art of the Movies" book? There was one planned for release around ROTF, but it never happened. I'm hoping they're going to do one now, but I haven't heard anything... could you shed some light on this situation?

No disrespect to ILM, but this image is better than the CGI model we got in the movie (and I still enjoyed the ILM design). And I say this despite the difficulties associated with creating detailed animated characters. The illustration has some nice details that I just wish were in the movie version. For example, the cape placement looks better. I also like the idea of him dragging the hatchlings.

And now I've got my new desktop background :D  many thanks Josh!

Awesome work, to me it looks like Megatron travelling across Africa before he established his camp, lugging all the hatchlings and Igor with him...

dang, you guys are so polite with the "mr nizzi" stuff. i'm not that old. :)

yes those are hatchling eggs, but i guess that idea got canned. Also yes Igor is Long Haul's head. This was an early idea for him, Ben Proctor did the final version which ended up being more exaggerated.

as for the book, you know as much as i do.

This'll be fun. Any advice for getting the movie style down?
