I don't know whether I'm gonna see it on opening night or not. I did for ROTF, and that wasn't a good experience at all. Not because of the movie, I loved it (at the time). Just because of the people in the theater being loud and obnoxious assholes, with at least twenty babies near me and my dad. Awful.
That sucks man What session time did you go to? I want to avoid this as well, so I'm going to the latest session on the night, when it's past babies bed times lol.
Oh, that was the thing that pissed me off the most about the babies. It was the midnight showing. Then you had the people who laughed really loud when Optimus died, the pervs who cheered whenever Megan Fox was on screen in a suggestive position, and of course the assholes who just didn't give a fuck and talked to each other throughout the entire goddamned movie. My experience with ROTF is the main reason I hate going to movie theaters now. Edit: Here's one of the worst fucking parts about it. This fat bitch next to me, must have been five-hundred pounds, would NOT. STOP. FUCKING. FARTING.
From IMBb.com And this big problem turns out to be one of the best movies ever created at least by mine and Michael bay standards. Dark of the Moon was without a doubt the best film in the trilogy surpassing the loud but tedious 2nd film Revenge of the Fallen. Michael Bay really knows how to please the fans when he realizes he made some mistakes and if that means getting rid of racist twins or immature humor then so be it. What this movie has that the other two lacked was emotion there is death and there is despair but i wont ruin it for any one. I feel as though this movie is one of the few that actually has a plot to it and not just about giant robots squaring off against each other. But anyways after finally seeing this movie in theaters and learning the truth behind all the mystery i must day thank you Michael bay you did a heck of a job with our favorite robots in disguise
Ugh, that is ridiculous. Crying babies in the theatre are the single most annoying thing for me. They won't even remember the movie so I don't really see the point in bringing them aside from the fact that the parents want to look after them because they don't have a baby sitter. But at midnight? People laughing at Optimus biting it? That reminds me of when these teenagers started laughing when Kong died in King Kong. They also laughed and cheered during the scenes where he had Ann in his hand and she was screaming because they took it that way. As for the farting fat bitch, considering how long ROTF is, I'm glad you managed to survive, dude. Sounds like a bloody awful viewing experience. I can see where your dislike of going to the cinema comes from. Let's just hope that DOTM's 3D is so amazing, it'll leave people speechless then!
I find the best time to see movies is on opening night because the real fans are there. When optimus died in ROTF you could have heard a pin drop. A week or two after release is when you get the obnoxious jerks. For me, if someone is really bad and does not Shutup just call management and get them kicked out, I'm a cop so it works for me, lol but just ask, the last thing theater owners want are unhappy audiences
This is true. The one biggest highlight with the audience that night was the fact that some fellow TF fans helped make it all worth it. Well, somewhat worth it. When Optimus said "Let's Roll", after putting on the Jetfire armor, the theater was quiet. Except for about ten people, most wearing TF shirts, who whistled and cheered. That was pretty cool. Those are the kind of theater experiences I like. It's too bad everything with the babies, pervs, and farting happened as well.
WE GOT A GOD DAMN REVIEW Transformers: Dark of the Moon movie review - Story - Entertainment - 3 News And the score is 3 1/2 Stars. That's a good thing.
Too long, thats their main gripe? shame on them if they can't control their bladder for more than two hours. I wish the review detailed the plot, IMO a subpar review, cannot wait until thorough, legitimate reviews start surfacing. EDIT: By legitimate, I mean it thoroughly detailed the pros and cons of the plot and movie. Anyone can provide a superficial recollection, a review must breakdown the movie's facet, not gripe about personal preferences
