The Walmart on University and Oakland has the HA basics wave 2, and they also had a single Fireburst Op which I snagged
Toys R' Us on Cortez Rd. in Bradenton had a fireburst prime and sentinel voyager as well. The latter didn't look too appealing in hand compared to the leader. The fireburst prime had a nice deco, and the weapon is pretty neat, but I'm just not a fan of that mold.
Anyone in Ft. Walton Beach/Mary Esther/Destin area (as of earlier today)... --TJ Maxx (Mary Esther Blvd.) has the RTS Voyagers (minus Grappel which I picked up)...2 Lugnuts and a Strafe --TRU Express (in Santa Rosa Mall) has the new Generations...2 Warpaths, 1 Wheeljack (I bought the other), 1 Scourge and some others I didn't pay much attention to. If curious about TC...I snagged the lone one. Also had the Rodimus/Cyclonus 2-pack. --Ross (Eglin Pkwy, near 5 Guys)...not much that I can recount other than a Leaders SS; Ross on hwy 90 in Destin though has a remaining RTS Voyager Deep Dive (I purchased one). --Wal-greens (various locations in the area)...good place to check if you are looking for a RTS SO Jazz or Turbo Tracks. I was so it worked out and they are having a buy one, get one half off sale so even better. Some locales also had Fallback and Mindset too. --Wal-mart...typical movie stuff...saw some Soundwaves...not much on Generations front though. Snagged the one Dirge I saw and a Red Alert...left behind some Kups, Skullgrins, other Red Alerts, Soundwaves, Megatrons, etc. --Target...like WM...typical movie stuff, but far less. As for Generations...saw a Blurr or two, tons of Cliffjumpers, Soundwaves, even Megatrons, but none of the really good stuff. --Marshalls...not much going on...kinda disappointing actually. Saw a Human Alliance BB, which is the only thing registering in my memory banks at present. Beyond TF's though, they had some GI Joe stuff...ROC including "resolute" SE, the POC mechs and some 25th...BAT, Mutt & Junkyard, Wraith (not clear), TF Duke. Think that's about it...later...
Did you read my earlier post today? I posted that Walmart on Creighton Blvd had several Generations Warpath, Thundercracker and Wheeljack.
We're referring to different Walmarts altogether...yours in P Cola; the few I ventured into yesterday in the FWB/Destin area. Good to know the WM on Creighton has stock now. I was in there a week ago yesterday and they had jack! Not talking wheel either! LOL.
Every Walmart in Tampa has been a dissapointment since March. Seriously I have seen nothing since then. I picked up a Wreckgar and Perceptor for a friend then and that was the last of anything good other then a few clearance RTS Battle in Space sets.
Found a Kup at the Walmart off of Gunn Highway. TJ Maxx On Hillsborough - 2 Voyager Optimus + Voyager Ratchet Ross On Hillsborough - NOTHING Ross in Citrus Park - NOTHING Ross in North Tampa - NOTHING TJ Maxx in North Tampa - NOTHING Marshalls on Waters and Dale Mabry - NOTHING
I really think the time to make any major finds at Ross or Marshalls or TJ Maxx has passed. They're not going to re-up on RTS..
After dropping another $20 on gas toy scouting I think you may be right. I went to the same Ross stores 3 times this week. In St Pete and Tampa. I have noticed more HTFD stuff lately though. A few leaders and alot more voyagers especially at Marshalls and Ross. I am just happy I have found what I could. I really could use another Windcharger though. One that did not run me $40!
My hauls so far Ross-2 Lugnuts , 2 Deep Dives , grappel , 2 Leader Optimus , Leader Starscream,Firetrap TJ Maxx-Wreckgar , Perceptor , Trailcutter , Banzaitron Marshalls-Seaspray Keep in mind I collect for 2 people and I keep 2 for myself. One to open and one to keep sealed. Total cost in Gas $140 in the past 2 weeks. Total savings off retail prices $143 I think all in all it evens out buying from the discount stores. Plus it is not like we can find this stuff in Walmart or Target anyways.
Just want to give a big thanks to Specialton for hooking me up with a Warpath and Trailcutter. Now Windcharger is the only end of line toy I'm looking for. Oh, and I know someone mentioned looking for a Turbo Tracks. I haven't seen many people mentioning Kohls lately, but I've seen him there recently. Might want to check your local Kohls to see what older toys they still have on the shelf.
Looking for Generations Thundercracker, Wheeljack, Warpath & RTS Perceptor. In jax, OP area, have had no luck what so ever!
Well, damn. The Ross by me had a Grapple that I was putting off buying in lieu of maybe snagging Windcharger. Not there's no Grapple, obviously no WC.. What a drag. ._. I'd definitely like to pick something up today, though! Can anybody endorse DOTM Skyhammer or Shockwave? I'm torn between the two..
Nothing new of interest at north Lakeland Target. I know this is an older one... but if anyone has an extra RTS Jazz.... PM Me. Thanks
