There is no way this film can get over 50% sadly.

    - Bay is the director, critics hate Bay
    - Critics cannot seem to follow action scenes at all
    - Critics cannot stand any form of crude humor

To be honest, critics havn't got a clue about what others like, they know what they like hence why some films get more ratings than others when they shouldn't. But with this being the best one I rekon the critics will give it 60%.

You people are dreaming if you think it'll score above seventy percent. I'm going with sixty percent or less.

damn some of you guys are really shooting low here. if it has as good, or better visuals then avatar, surely it will be at least in the 80s. and along with the story, which is actually very good...

I think it will be in the low 70's at best. User ratings will be in the high 80's/low 90's.

Everyone says TF1 is great and that only has 50%.

The story isn't going to impress critics, trust me. The visuals might but that counts very little towards a critics review.

I'm calling 40-49% - hope it'll do better, have a feeling that it may do worse, simply due to ignorance.

Film Critics, and those inclined to behave like them, ironically only tend to like certain types of film - failing to see that there is artistic merit in beautifully shot action sequences. Like a cooler type ballet. From what I've heard of it, it's the best in the series, so I'll probably be very satisfied with it (loved the first, have to skip much of the second to get to the bits that don't suck).

I would say around the 50-59% mark, it will be better than ROTF, but some critics will still hate on it simply because it's Bay and it's an action movie.

Rotten Tomatoes is great for getting an idea of whether the reviews are on balance positive or negative, without having to actually read them.

The inherent drawback to this methodology is that a groundbreaking, but polarising film can sometimes score lower than a more average film that gets lukewarm but generally positive reviews.

I''m gonna say it'll start out close to 80%, and then drop to the mid-60s -70% range. That's unusually high for a Bay movie, but my theory is that, even if it's not the best thing ever, a lot of reviews will describe the film as an improvement on the last, and RT will read those as being positive.

I'll say 55%, based on the scores of the first two films and the fact it will be the same people ranking the third.

I think the highest rating Bay has ever received. Even if people hate Bay, I think this might shape up to be his best movie, the best TF movie out of the three, storywise, visually and technically (the 3D aspect), and I just have the feeling that even the people who dislike Bay's work will acknowledge that.

I think this one will skew to the higher side, at least fresh because of its comparison to ROTF, and to a lesser extent, the first.

But let it be known, this may be the year that and a Michael Bay Transformers film out freshes a Pixar film of the same year. And when that happens, I may hole myself in a bunker somewhere because the Earth may stop rotating. The end is near.

And that is my prediction. Whichever score it ends up getting, it will score higher than Cars 2.

Yup, this. But even then I'll be surprised if it goes higher then 69%.

Better than Green Lantern, worse than any other action movie this summer. What praises critics may offer will be drowned under "Michael Bay is an awful director" rants, "The CGI robots are a special effect gimmick that only exist to sell toys" viewpoints, and other such silliness.

I mean, heck. Critics can and will find flaw with anything.

75% maybe i am hoping for too much, but it will be a good film if it reaches that.

don't know what people were smoking when they choose 90-100 in the poll.

*edit, yikes the first one received 57% and that was miles better than 2.
looks like i guessed too high.
