Yet, I would feel sad if Jolt got such a conventional alt-mode... I like the special "concept" looks of the Autobots.

 

Well the Volt looked conventional anyway.

 

I thought the Volt was actually pretty cool. It wouldn't have been that unique, but the way they used in ROTF made it a more interesting car all-round.

 

They didn't really use it in ROTF. It was in the background sometimes and obscured by a net in one scene.

 

Aw, that's a shame. I wanted to see him again, mainly because he was the only Autobot other than Sideswipe whose main ability wasn't 'gun'.  

 

I bet that's the entirety of his performance in DOTM.

 

Here is the reason why Jolt is not in TF3. Bay wanted nothing to do the the Volt after that.

Jolt was a pretty cool character, he was shown a few times throughout the movie like
when they were shutting down the NEST project he was on the back of the truck so jolt didnt just appear at the end out of no where, he was in the movie the whole time, just a minor charactor
