That was terrific! A little boringish at the beginning but starting from the blue beam of energy it got really really awesome.

 

Nailed it. Just perfect.

Wow! Great job. I like how you isolated some of the voice inserts from other trailers. How did you do that? Nice editing to the beat as well.

I used Adobe Premiere, the Adobe equivalent of Sony Vegas, and Final Cut (for Mac users).

Thanks! Basically, by finding multi-channeled versions of the trailers, I was able to extract the channel with mostly dialogue (and minor SFX in the background) with ease. It still leaves some music in the background but it is not very noticeable.

It's one of the only different clips found in the newer 3D trailer that was just released. Will look very awesome in 3D!

 

Yeah i watched the 3D trailer before Pirates 4 and the 3D was beautiful. Like how optimus' gun cartridge bounces towards the screen.

 

I'm actually really excited to see it in 3D. I haven't seen a good 3D movie since Avatar when seeing Thor, I chose to see it in 2D. Seems as if Bay is really trying to make the 3D great!

 

Think of it this way. Imagine looking through a clear window that doesn't reflect the room your in at a war zone happening right outside. Theres DOTM's 3D.

Absolutely fantastic. You outdid yourself, and the professionals on this one. Absolutely riveting, and definitely draws the audience in. Damn.

 

Yeah the OP definitely have a career in movie editing if he wants one. That was one professional sounding trailer.

 

Nice dude! I loved it. As someone else asked, what was the name of the song? It had Transformer vibes, but I know it wasn't from any of the scores.

The song is called Trinity by James Dooley and it can be heard in the Spider-Man 3 trailers
