I don't find any new on this here, anyway I found on allspark (The Allspark: Transformers News Movie Comics Animated - Rumor: Transformers Commemorative Series to Get a Rerun?) this and it seems very interesting  

"I just received a solicitation from Hasbro Malaysia for reruns of the G1 Commemorative Series from a few years back.
In the list, there are a few items that were never released in the original series like Thrust and Ramjet. Plus, the Cassettes (Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, Ravage, Rumble, Frenzy, Ratbat, Ramhorn, Steeljaw, Eject and Rewind) seem to be in single packs.

This should be treated as a rumor for now until more information surfaces."

 

highly doubt it but who knows, single cassettes would be awesome

 

I would really like to see a relaunch of reissues if the right avenue for releasing them worked well for both Hasbro and the retailer.

 

I'd be all for that, but I won't hold my breath.

 

It's a Movie year so it might be possible, but I'll wait and see what we are dealing with first.

 

These could work quite well under the Generations banner - and having had Ravage, Laserbeak, Frenzy and seemingly Steeljaw in the films will re-interest many in getting the cassettes of these characters. Plus we know these molds are able to be used.

I'd class this as a plausible rumour, and hopefully one that comes to fruition.

 

Would be well up for getting mint versions of G1 Thrust and Ramjet - fingers crossed!

 

Ugly Thrust fatty missiles....that will it be.

 

Bring on the cassettes!

Cassette singles? Great idea, but strange without a Soundwave/ Blaster release.

Ooooh. Id love myself some Cassettes and Thrust and Ramjet! I'm kinda hoping its just online like HTS because they would be easier to get then a TRU exclusive for me.

Even though I got them all the first time around, i'd definitely go for them all again too--specially the stuff not released last time..hell, that commemorative series is what kinda got me back into Tfs and G1 specifically.

 

Color me excited, can't get enough reissues!

I'm an absolute sucker for reissues. I mean one of those guys that buys the same toy he already has a REISSUE of MISB because this one is a new package. However, I don't see this being too likely because of how much hasbro has going on right now. I'd like to know if anyone is actually watching G1 on the Hub, but I haven't looked it up. This sounds more likely for the post-movies, Prime-winding-down time a year or two from now. I would love it but I kinda hope it waits- I'm broke and got into arcade sticks recently. Now I have two money sponging obsessions!
