Agreed. I just gave that as an example of my poor self control. I almost have this incessant need to know and see everything related to the movie. Must.....not.....watch....more....trailers! It's so difficult!

 

i see where you're getting at. with rotf i felt that i saw so much, i was expecting it and almost knew where and when it was going to take place! but theyre so minddd blowwiiinggggg that i just cant stay away! anyone on this website that does has some serious balls not to be spoiled!

 

I think DOTM teasers are WAY less spoilerific than ROTF teasers... we just saw "Mirage" and Wheeljack once! and we're yet to see some others  

 

This. The DOTM promotion seems to be playing well. Without spoiling us too much.

 

Two words: cautious optimism. The TV spots have me excited... But I still feel the burn from ROTF, and I'm worried they'ree just be milking the 3D rather than giving us a good story.

Course, I'll have to wait until I get back from my vacation til I see it... Just hope I can avoid any reviews or spoilers until I get it.

I'm not so much wanting to avoid spoilers as I am just trying to keep some of that "whoa that was awesome" reaction for the theater, mostly on the little things. Example - seeing Megatron's transformation in the Linkin Park video. I'm sure it will look awesome on screen but if I hadn't already seen it previously it would be even better! I know there will be a lot that the trailers don't show but I've seen enough at this point to know the movie should be at least visually stunning and I'd like to save as many "awesome moments" as possible for a massive screen in 3D  

 

Man, i'm so excited (unfortunately for the rest of my family) and although i've read the spoilers, i'm even more hyped; for ROTF I didn't spoil myself, hyped myself soooo much, then saw the film and was bitterly disappointed, but now I now what to expect and the plot sounds great!!!

For me, the more I read about a movie, spoiler on non-spoiler, the more pumped I get for it, normally. That is unless I don't like what I read, of course. My friends all come to me with questions about new movies coming out because they know that I've either already read the script, or know the entire plot.

That's just how I roll.  

 

I've been burned enough times by Hollywood that it's kind of hard to get excited for films any more until I've gone over a few reviews to find out what a film is like once you have stripped all the hype away. So I wasn't really excited for X-Men First Class until I saw all the positive reviews.

So far everything said about the film from people not working on the film has been positive which gives me some real hope that we could end up with a good film. I don't need a perfect film so anything over the first film's 57% Tomato Meter would grounds to say alright let's go get a movie ticket.

 

I am beyond excited and pumped for this movie. Twenty six more days is too many to wait. I really want to see it. I have a feeling this movie is going ot be a great blast.

The Q bot doesn't bother me much but the Dino seems out of place. Regardless, I'm not too worried about it cause we haven't had any real official word. Nelson says a lot of stuff and does have a record for disinformation, so it's up in the air wether or not this is more disinfo or real. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough and if not, we'll know for sure on June 29th.
