    The more I look at the background of the picture of 300 style Optimus, the more I think this can only be one of two scenes:
    1.)When Optimus fights Shockwave and the Driller above Chernobyl

    2.)Before the Final Battle between Sentinel, Optimus and Megatron.

    I can't remember exactly what it is from off the top of my head, but it's already public knowledge.. they described exactly this scene in the kids' book. I'm pretty sure it's something to do with
    shockwave and the driller

    looks more like the second, considering the energon sword and shield and all.

    I just went to my local cinema with a cardboard cut out of Optimus and I think I know how it works.

    Parts of Optimus' wrist opens revealing the blade. The sword does not have a free hilt but his hand is free to grab it.

    I believe optimus' hand transforms into the blade, much like bumblebee's turns into his gun.

    Love Wheelie! Always preferred his humor than those of the twins in ROTF.
    Lazerbeak looks great but I'm just not feeling his head design, I think it's those eyes, it has creepy feel like the Skeksis' from Dark Crystal.
    But man I'm loving everything else I've seen so far:D 
    26 days to go! Woooo!
    Oh and Rosie looks hot in this spot. I thought she looked OK and I couldn't seem to find her attractive until I saw this!

    Wait.... now am I wrong Laserbeak is a copier? fits with the spy persona, just unexpected given the toy's alt mode.

    And I have to give it to Bay and team for keeping this one a little tighter on the leaks.
    Not sure if that will be a good or a Bad thing, but since I am no longer expecting any similarities to any previous incarnation other than a loose conection to the mythos as a whole - I will likely enjoy

    No twins makes me sad - So much effort to create new fugly charachters then dump them? Heck, Even Jar-Jar binks (likely the most hated character in Star Wars) got to come back for a few small scenes - Skids and Mudflap deserve a little respect too.
