hey yal. making this thread in an attempt to organize a meet up for all of the members of the California collectors club who are going to botcon this year. post your ideas!

any clue when and where we should meet up? im gonna try and get as many as possible

 

I'm primarily only going to be around starting Friday afternoon, but then I'll be in Botcon land all weekend. My pal Yakko who used to (still does?) run IaconHub from back in the Car Robots days is coming into town and I'll probably be with him.

 

Hoping to be there Friday-Sunday.

Im down, I'm going to meet up with a couple others from the boards as well. I didn't get one of the larger hotels, i'm staying 3.7 mi. away.....walking distance....long walk, but I could do it none the less.....

I'm going to look up restaurants or cafe's that we could meet up at. Anyone have a 7 o'clock pick up time and want a buddy to hang in line with?

the best time on Friday would be between when the exhibit hall closes, at 5, and the casino night, which starts at 7. i just gotta figure out a good place to have the meet up.

 

does it count that i'm a member but haven't gone to any of the meetups before? for those in la we can even meet up tonight, though i think tomorrow would be best. since i live in la, it'd be great to have even more of an incentive to hang out in pasadena for the entire evening than just picking up my package and driving back home.

I'm in the area as well, and Pasadena has a couple of pretty awesome happy hour places to hang out at. I missed the boat and will probably just do day passes for Friday and maybe Saturday.
